He was very helpful. I needed him to only fix one of the radiators in the house initially but we had been out of heat and hot water for the last two days and he helped me get the heat back on today even though it wasn’t on his job’s list. My other appointment was not until next Monday. With two little kids in the house it was going to be a horrible week in the cold but Mohammad took the time to help us out straight away and fix the problem. Can’t thank him enough!!!

Huge thank you to Lee Sheriff
I was only supposed to be supplied with some electric heaters this afternoon as my boiler stopped working over the weekend but Lee Sheriff was due to complete the job tomorrow and came in to see if he could sort it out quickly. Luckily he knew exactly what was wrong after a few minute inspection and he completed the job in record time, Thank you Lee Sheriff.

Lovely man with great work ethic and very good at explaining technical issues to me (a non technical customer) on what the problem was and how he had rectified it. Great service.

We have been without working gas boiler since 10 days. Although living in military housing, on the very first day Bailey from Hewer arrived to help and recommended new set of boiler when he had a first glance at the issue.
Upon parts being delivered, Bailey again provided a top service by replacing new boiler at no time. He was very helpful, was able to give information on what’s being required and requested through the chain with minimal delay. All round very professional conduct and delivery of top service, him as individual engineer who represents Hewer. Very glad to have boiler sorted and finally heating is back.
