The QUALITY is TOP TIER, one thing you can't deny! Is it expensive YES! Will it compress the areas that need it YES! Is this my 2ND faja from Tributo YES! It’s a custom faja you can’t go wrong with that! Even shipping was exceptional took a least week from ordering not bad when it’s custom! Don’t sell yourself short ladies after investing into our bodies spend that extra coin. TRUST ME!

Got my faja it dont fit! 24 hrs i contacted them with photos and the measurements so they could see the measurements did not match what they sent me. They want to haggle me around like i dont need a new faja immediately since im post- surgery

I returned it and i am disputing it with my bank.
They did not honor the 4 day exchange policy!!!!

Did a video fitting after the first time the faja didn’t fit. Second time around and over 2 months later I’m stuck with a faja that isn’t fitting properly and they will not refund. I dont need a faja 6 months later. I’m looking for one now. Buy a cheap one off amazon made in china. Same quality and the fitting won’t be much different.

My faja was really too small, it may have been my fault for measuring wrong. I scheduled an expert fit appt after receiving it and the lady was very pleasant but she basically talked me into forcing it on. After wearing it all day it stretched a bit bit as I was putting it back on after a shower the lace on the leg ripped because it’s really too small but I got stuck with it now it’s ripped. Im VERY disappointed!! Would not order from them again.

Later I was contacted by someone at this company telling me they would line to make it right and asked me to send pictures of the ripped lace which I did do, but after that I NEVER heard back from them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I purchased a custom made faja and they made the faja wrong. They remade the faja and though the remake of the faja was a little better than the original faja, the faja was still cut incorrectly. Tributo said because I ordered my faja on the Black Friday sale, Tributo didn't make enough profit on purchase to justify fixing the faja again. I requested a refund. They never gave me a refund and because this exchange of calls and emails went so long, I exceeded the number of days allowed to dispute the transaction with my card, I ended up losing ~$238 on a useless faja. The faja not only make me measure bigger around the waist, the faja shapes my abdomen into a pot belly shape. Also, I have a natural curve or indentation in my waist sides. Not a deep curvy waist but still my curve is visible. The Tributo faja flattens or truncates my sides and flattens my waist sides straight. After months of calling, texting, and emailing about this faja and never getting a refund nor getting a properly fitting faja, I gave up. They are thieves. Poor workmanship and if you look at their outlet page, Tributo gets a ton of returns from dissatisfied customers. Additionally, they insult and fat shame and fat blame customers who make themselves vulnerable to get help.
