Excellent service all round from FA Removals from the surveyor to the removal men. Would definitely recommend

We used FA removals when we had our exchange & completion dates changed which meant the initial company I had lined up couldn’t do it anymore.
This left us very stressed with 2 days to go, however after putting out a search I had Brie contact me and she was fantastic, arranged everything, Eddie came over within 24 hours to complete the quote, the guys turned up the following day to pack!
Moving day arrived and Paul, Josh & JJ turned up first thing & did not stop once, they are troopers!!
Only feedback would be there was no protection for our sofas or mattresses whilst in the van which did lead to them getting a bit dirty but overall a great service, the lads were great & very friendly, a pretty stress free move in the end 😊

The lads went above and beyond, to help me move. Very good experience would highly recommend.

Greg and his team did a great job for us working hard in the hot weather. They were on time and took good care of the furniture and boxes. They were friendly and helpful. Eddie was helpful when he came round to estimate the job and Gemma did a good job liaising with us.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from FA Removals - from our first enquiry, Brie was helpful and patient (it was our first move in 20 years, during which time we'd brought up two children) - and guided us through the process from start to finish, and was very understanding when we had to reschedule due to the exchange date changing.

At the beginning, Frederick came to measure up and, despite all the clutter, he got the numbers just right (FA Removals provide boxes at a reasonable cost).

Moving day was probably one of the most stressful days of our lives - dealing with the legal and financial aspects was enough to be going on with, so it was so reassuring that Joshua, Paul and the rest of the incredibly fit and capable removal team were able to clear the house (having to negotiate two flights of stairs), starting at 9am and loading up the vans without fuss.

It was a hot, day, but when we were finally able to unload, they did a great job of getting the boxes and all the other things to where they needed to be - I am absolutely astonished by the amount of energy they had, although quite understandably they were worn out by the end, and still had a long drive home!

All in all, I would heartily recommend FA Removals; a house move is stressful enough, so to be able to rely on an excellent team to look after the logistics meant that we could deal with everything else.

Very good experience. Even before moving day what I needed to be moved and where changed several times, but FA Removals gave me upfront quotes and seemed totally unfazed by my changing requirements. All very professional. Moving day was (believe it or not!) stress free with 2 brilliant and helpful removal guys (sorry I didn't get their names) who even moved my prized plants to my new home without a hitch. Would certainly recommend.

Over three days, the gents who did all the moving worked with efficiency, courtesy, and considering the heat, superhuman stamina. And all with smiles for everyone in the house getting in their way. Everything was well arranged from first contact, so thanks to everyone on the team. Will definitely use them again.

The process was AMAZING since the first call that I had with Wendy that assisted me during the inventory, deposit and confirmation of booking of the moving until the last second of the unloading of the lorry. I would definitely recommend this moving company!

Bree was very helpful assessing the move and the movers were great Joshua arrived early and helped start moving boxes before Junior and the rest of the team arrived. Really good experience from the packing to the move. Really helpful. Many thanks just need to clear through the boxes.

I can't relate to the poor reviews at all. I had a move from London to Manchester and the team were amazing! Packing everything in to the van in the morning, had delays on the motorway but the team were troopers and delivered everything in the late afternoon. They helped wrap delicate items, nothing was damaged. It made a long move quick and simple and I would definitely book again with them. Many thanks to George and Peter and Brie for her constant assistance over the phone.

I had FA removals booked for my house move on a Tuesday with packing services on a Monday. On Sunday 6pm I get a call from B.that the cannot do the packing service on Monday anymore due to staff sickness and will have to do everything on the Tuesday. When we had our intro call they said due to the amount of work needed that 1 day packing and removal was not recommended. After a lot of back and forth with promises from B. that the work will be done, I spoke to management (F.), he added another guy to the job for the Tuesday and said they would be out of the appartment by 3-4pm (we completed 11am Tuesday and they buyers Van was at the door at 1pm), I deemed that unacceptable. So my options where A. pay for another 2 guys for a total cost £480. after some more back and forth and I said I found another company to do the packing F. suggested I could have a person from Monday evening 4pm to start the packing, I could not do the as I have a child and this would be very disruptive. so we agreed that I'd get the other company do the packing and FA do the moving. On Monday I called B. to ask what my updated balance would be for the move, she called back and said that my outstanding balance would remain unchanged. I said this is unacceptable and F replied by saying they provided ample solutions and that its like that. I decided to choose another company to move my stuff and so I've lost my deposit. to recap it was either pay £480 extra for 2 guys or get only 1 packer in at the evening that would not get much done and was an inconvinience, pay the full amount anyway because hey ho I cant do anything about it or loose the deposit. I do imagine if things go well they would be a great company but in case of a global pandamic and people get ill you'll get options that might not work for you and you are royally at the mercy of F. and his boss. To be clear, we did not accept their terms on Sunday and that we did not want packers on Sunday, and cancelled all together on Monday and FA was suppose to move us on Tuesday

All involved were incredibly helpful, the booking team answered all our questions and were very friendly, quick to answer and detail orientated. The removal gang were quick, unloading a van load of boxes in less than an hour, while being very careful with all the boxes and items. The team were very polite, helpful and made our moving day completely stress free. We heard about them through a recommendation and have recommend them ourselves since.

Great customer support from early enquiries all the way to completion. Amy helped me with a 1000 questions in the process, The team on the day did a fantastic job. All my stuff was handled appropriately. And afterwards, I received a call from the office to check whether I was satisfied. Will definitely use FA again!

Gemma from their offices was very helpful and efficient. She arranged for an assessor, Eddie, to view our flat to determine how many trucks we'd need. Eddie was a delight. Their quote was also by far the least expensive we received.

On our moving day, Greg, Junior, Paul and another fella whose name I have unfortunately forgotten arrived early and were friendly, careful, resourceful and incredibly efficient. We had no breakages at all and our move went smoothly.
