We recently had meals delivered from Farro after our family went through a hospital stay, and the service was outstanding. The delivery process was smooth, and we were kept well informed about the timing, which made everything stress-free during a difficult time.

The food itself was really good quality and incredibly helpful — it fed our family for a few nights and took a lot of pressure off us when we needed it most.

We’re very grateful for the support and would definitely recommend Farro to others looking for convenient, quality meals and reliable service.

Very quick response when I mucked up date for delivery to Wellington. Easy to deal with for Gift cards of various amounts and types. Love the shop when in Auckland hence ordering from Farro. Feel it would be good if physical gift card delivery could be any day rather than in a delivery day window choice that does not include every day. Expensive $20 extra charge just for gift card delivery.

Your Romesco sauce is extremely delicious and has topped my list as one of the most versatile ingredients in so many of my recipes. My compliments to the creators of this absolutely scrumptious sauce.

I had just had a knee replacement and my work had sent me some of the single meals. They were so delicious. I had ordered some meals from another company but after having Farros I could tell the difference in the quality. It made me realize the excellent quality freshness and superior taste of my Farros meals. I ditched the other ones and ordered some more from Farros.

The quality of the produce plus the care taken to pack the items (really appreciated that). Great service & timely delivery although might be good to remind the delivery service not to upend the box when carrying it as that just moves things inside the box - luckily nothing squashed.

Availability of vegetarian friendly pastry and timely delivery. I had been to four local super markets (these had beef fat or traces of crustaceans options which weren't for me). The delivery was a bit pricey however when I factored in the return bus fare and an extra early morning, the little extra was worthwhile to have the product at the flat when I arrived in the evening after work. Plus I got one of my favourite peach compotes. Very happy.

The best products, the best packing, the best customer service. If I could find a suitable house that's walking distance to a Farro store, I'd buy it.

I made a small on-line order for items generally found in a fridge. I was most impressed with how the items were placed in a sealed box with ice packs. The presentation was impressive. The products arrived fresh, cold and in perfect condition.
