Easy to use, prompt replies and kept up to date about delivery

We ordered 3 ready meals, they were delicious and fresh…. Customer service was excellent and efficient.

Pros: Easy to use online booking, notification and pricing
Cons: The delivery was a gift for a solo mother who was looking after 3 sick children. I specified if they could knock on the door at delivery which they were home. Unfortunately they didn't which meant the food sat outside overnight. Hindsight - workaround would be to let my friend know once I received the notification.

Fabulous communication when I enquired about organising an online order as a 🎁. Super helpful and informative. A very professional and positive experience. Arrived safely on time. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Easy ordering system

I am a great fan of Farro and I shop there at least once a week but there has been a definite drop in quality and availability of certain items. For example the red onion I purchased was rotten, apples, cucumber and peppers soft. The meat at the counter looked old and the fish dry.

The gift of food was sent to a friend and her family as sadly, they had recently lost a husband and father. It was very much appreciated and just made the choice of a meal that little bit easy during a difficult time 💕

Have always been a loyal Farro customer until I did a online delivery, requested it be delivered on Tuesday waited all day never received my order had to order takeaways as I was expecting to eat my dinner ordered from Farro unfortunately won’t be placing a online order in a hurry again

Great service and products

Love Farro; only reason I didn’t give a top score was some of the produce should be marked down when damaged ie; capsicums ; wilted bags of lettuce, salad leaves etc that were still full price. I know you can’t help the impact of the weather but still sub-standard!

Very quick and efficent clear about delivery and great unique items at really good and competitive prices to the standard chains.

Ordered for a friend coming out of hospital. Everything was delivered as ordered on the day. Perfect experience.

Be warned the butter Chicken is very, very spicy, to hot for me

Excelllent until it came to paying. Very confusing as bank visa debit did not show up immediately as most do…was explained that will not show until order is packed… guess to allow for no substitutes… had to ring back HELP to clarify.. eventually showed a few days later just befor delivery..
Guess allowing substitutes fixes this but you don’t have to accept subs…
Would save Customer Help explaining…
