I purchased a rebounder from them which was to replace my older Bellicon which was 3x the price. after a year of daily use I can confirm the rebounder is quality and very well built. The bounce is not too soft and not too hard but just right. highly recommend purchasing the BCAN rebounder if you are in the market and if not my question to you is WHY NOT? Tjheir customer service is incredible as well.

The company showed their excellent customer service, because the understood my problem with space and equipment.

I have been vigoriously using my Yosuda Rower for over 4 years now. Recently I experienced a very unusual break on one of the pedals. Despite the product being well out of warranty, Yosuda quickly replaced broken part. Customer support is fast and very friendly. This is a company that clearly stands by their product.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Brake Knob Assembly for YOSUDA Bikes in April 2026, and I still haven't received it. No customer service phone, emails ( more than 12) never answered, chatbots that don;t work... 36 USD thrown to the toilet. PLEASE NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE

Placed an order for one of their products on a third party online sales site and it was not described correctly on that site. The third party would not cancel my order if it was placed more than 30 prior. I contacted FED Fitness and told them the situation and they responded within 24 saying they canceled the order and charge was refunded within 48 hours saving time and shipping and headache of me having to ship back. Very impressive response and customer service. Highly reputable for doing this especially when the order for their product was through a third party. I would not hesitate buying from them in the future.

Everything was great, but the tracking numbers confused me, so I reached out to customer service. They were helpful and got me the right numbers. Delivery was quick, and the elliptical was easy to build. The wheels on it are useless, so it isn't super easy to move, but I found a workaround.

Had piece of my order lost in shipping due to the handlers lack of care. Emailed the company and they very quickly were able to ship out a replacement part hassle free and no charge to me within 24hrs. Customer service was insane.

A complete replacement for the bike was overdue based on the delay in warranteed parts and and incorrect shipment. This is what needed to happen right away, but did not. Also, when I reported the broken cushion frame, I had to send a copy of the website's warranty from your website to prove coverage. This should not a customer responsibility and customer service told me the total warranty was only for a year. A terrible gap in customer service. When the replacement cushion frame was ordered, based on the correct model number I provided, I received the wrong part. To make matters worse, cutomer service told me to dispose of the part rather than offering a return pickup. Apparenty Yosuda has money to spare on parts, but not customer service, After submitting photos to prove my point, a replacement cushion frame was placed on order, but a long delay resulted in a replacement bike. Good news there. However, it was disappointing to be told by customer service the full warranty is not applicable to a new bike, leaving me with just months on my original warranty, and this applies only to the frame, not other components on a new unit. Based on company dictates, customer service no doubt stayed within set parameters, but with that I am not a happy customer. For marketing purposes, consider my 25/250 experience during my corporate marketing work: If you are satisfied with a product, you will offer positive reviews to 25 people, but if not, you will offer negative reviews to 250. Enough said.

The company gave me the info I requested even though I did not purchase the equipment from their store!! I really appreciated their commitment to customer service!!!

Good communication

A piece must have fallen out of the box during transit. We discovered it as we were putting our heavy equipment together. I emailed customer support and they were so helpful very quickly and got the problem solved!

I received my bcan rebounder with a missing insert. I immediately sent them a picture and they responded very quickly. They sent a whole new leg, which came in damaged, I once again contacted them immediately, and they responded by sending me the part that was missing. All in all, it took a couple of tries, but happy with the product and the customer support!

Liz was very knowledgeable and helped us order the right parts for our bike. That's why we gave her a 5, but having one of the parts out of stock, unavailable for pre-order, and having to check the website each day to see if it was in stock is frustrating and warrants a lower score. Hopefully, the bike part will arrive, and we can repair our bike.

I needed some parts that were out of stock and/or not listed on FED Fitness and their customer service was such a great help! I am excited to get my parts in.

After enjoying my foldable exercise bike for a few years, the display suddenly stopped working. I was well out of warranty, so checked the website for a replacement part without success. I decided to contact them, not expecting much. Boy, was I wrong! They quickly contacted me, asked for it's picture after some troubleshooting, and sent an email with the price and free shipping! I was thrilled. The new display arrived and was perfect, so I'm now smiling every time I exercise. What a great company so willing to help with an older out of warranty bike. Money well spent!
