First Student Ottawa made our Saturday night seamless. They provided easy, accommodating transportation for our friend group from the west end of Ottawa out to the Ottawa Valley and back.

Laura was fantastic! She showed up early for pickup, got us home safely, and was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the night. We really appreciated how smooth and safe everything felt.

Kevin was at our start point on time and was very pleasant and helpful all through the trip. The bus was clean inside and out. It was difficult in the beginning to get the first reservationist to understand that we were doing a tour of historic sites in Omaha, but eventually the last woman was extremely helpful and did a marvelous job. Sorry, can't remember her name. If we do this next year, we will surely use First Student.

My only concern was that the driver did not seem to be informed well about the area and the route.

The company was absolutely amazing! We ran into an issue with our event being pushed back by 3 hours and they did everything possible to accommodate the switch!
