Our bus driver was amazing and gracious. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and well looked after. The bus ride was smooth and the bus was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Good communication

The bus was on early. It was clean. The driver was nice and friendly. The lot that where we thought we could park at our destination was closed, but the driver came up with a good solution. We were at a very busy, crowded, and hard to reach location, but he got us off the bus safely and picked us up in the same location afterwards even though the traffic was terrible. This is our second time renting a bus and it was great!

Had to cancel a bus trip because of lack of interest from staff at where I work for the trip. So, a week before, I cancelled it. However, they tried to charge me the less than 5 business day cancelation fee. I said that was bogus because I was cancelling 5 business days prior (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, with the event on the Wednesday following). So clearly within the 5 days. So I told them no, I am not paying that as I am within the contract. So they did waive it, but they said it was as a "one time curtesy". So I told them, no, you are waiving it because it never should have been there in the first place. And I told them for pulling that stunt they lost any future business from us.

Driver was early and ready to go. Very nice and accommodating. I believe his name was Johnathan, awesome guy. I would request him if we come back next year
