Had a new screen installed on my garmin watch. Was very good communication let me know what was happening all the way very happy with the repair and was very fast service. Even give me a new strap and screen protector for free

After a heavy fall, I really thought my Fitbit Versa 4 was a complete write off given the damage. So I was delighted to find the Fix Screen guys who specialise in repairing the Fitbit range. Rather than forking out for a costly replacement I took a punt and booked their screen repair service. Communication was friendly, easy and clear from the off. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and within a week I had the watch back looking good as new and functioning perfectly. Very happy and would definitely recommend them.

The screen was badly cracked and it looks like new now. Really happy that I can get more life out of a watch that wasn't ready to be fully replaced with a newer model.

My Garmin Forerunner had a smashed screen. A car ran over it on the main road ( fortunately, I wasn’t wearing it at the time ). It was, behind the many fragments of glass , still working.I contacted Garmin initially, to see if they could fix it / give me a price - “ we don’t Repair our Garmin watches “ was the answer 😡!
I called Fix screens , discussed if this was something they could help me with ( Watch had a lot of sentimental value to me - belonged to my late partner ) & they came up top trumps .
Got my repaired watch back a few days later & it’s almost as good as new .
All the functions seem to be in order ( just not able to go swimming with it , as the new seal MAY not be fully waterproof , which Fix Screens are honest in pointing out to me ), however from they have saved me having to put my precious Garmin watch in the bin . Thanks guys 👏

Fix screens do as the name says quickly and efficiently. I posted my Garmin watch to them on Tuesday and had it back repaired on Saturday

The watch looks brand new and even provided me with a free screen protector on return. My Garmin watch had an absolutely mashed screen - chipped, cracked, and with small parts flaking away. It looked like it had been thrown off a very tall building and then stamped on by an elephant. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't get the cover off and just thought it was doomed. But I then saw Fix Screens and sent it off for repair with a very low hope that it could be opened and fixed, but I received it this morning and it is like having a brand new watch. So a flawless repair, really great service and communication throughout, and it saved me buying a new watch. Which is great. Let's hope I now don't break this one...

Overall a great experience, both with communication and service , had a Cracked Google watch screen replaced, fast service .the watch was return by registered mail and even came with a free screen protector.very happy with the new screen,Thank you

I emailed Fix Screens on 5th April and received a prompt reply. I was informed how to return my Fitbit which had a badly cracked screen. They emailed when my Fitbit was received by them and kept me updated on the repair and my watch was returned within in a few days looking as good as new.
I highly recommend this company for their repairs and updating of information on the repair.

I cracked the screen on my Garmin Fenix 5 smartwatch. Managed to find a replacement screen on line before I found Fix Screens, however I needed somebody to fit the new screen. I contacted Fix Screens and they were so helpful. I sent my watch and the replacement screen and they fitted it for me. The whole process was very easy and they kept me updated throughout. A great customer experience and a very fair price. I will definitely use them again if I need to and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you Fix Screen.

The company were really great when my watch screen broke. The process was simple and once I'd sent my watch to them, they processed the new screen very quickly - I love the new strap too. Great customer service too, would definitely use them again!
