Chinese drop shipper with a .au website name again, I dont know how this is allowed, wouldn't even supply me with the Chinese tracking so the could keep up the pretence I would assume. DON'T BUT FROM THEM !

I ordered 3 sets of toe separators…
I ordered 3 sets of toe separators advertised for "all" toes but received only toe separators for only the left feet toes and NO RIGHT feet toes. This is unacceptable because I really need separators for my right feet toes. I tried unsuccessfully to use the left foot toe separators on my right foot toes and couldn't endure the pain caused by this action . I tried emailing my problem but got no response. I hope that this matter can be corrected or at the least a refund given to me. Thank you for any attention given to this matter. Sylvia Martinez

Great communication from flamin fitness especially after sales.
Unfortunately the sizing was not correct for me according to the guide provided I ordered an XL and it was too small I am Australian size 14. I would need a XXXL to fit comfortably .
Also, the time of delivery was slow.
They (the company) were very easy to deal with when I advised of product being too small and have said they will provide full refund

It took over 3 weeks for my order to show up and when it did show up the manual that was included was written in Chinese. I live in America and speak English so It took almost a month for my order to show up and I then had no way to learn how to use it. Don't do business with these people.

Avoid!! This is an update to my previous review. I didn’t receive my order, they advised it had got lost. When I requested a refund, they ignored me and I then received a confirmation of dispatch. I complained as no longer needed the item and they advised that I could return it. I raised a dispute with my bank. I was then told to cancel the chargeback as the item was on its way and they would also refund me. I didn’t as I wanted to track the order - weirdly it is no longer showing….. so glad I didn’t cancel the dispute. At best it’s appalling customer service. At worst, it’s a scam.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company. They have “lost” not one but two orders… the original order placed over 10 weeks ago then the replacement order has also gone astray. They have the audacity to say “the courier was unable to deliver” when there never was an attempted delivery. The two items that are mentioned in the email were never ordered!!! They’ve clearly got the orders confused but we still don’t have the one item we originally ordered over two months ago. Disgraceful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flamin Fitness. I ordered the Large Max Lift Open Back Gloves, but instead received a Small size, which obviously didn’t fit. After noticing the mistake, I reached out to request a return for order number 33136, but I never received any response from the company. The lack of customer service and communication was extremely frustrating. Because of this experience, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. If there’s an issue with your order, it seems very difficult to get help or a resolution.

The Company is fraudulent so please beware!
It took just under six weeks to arrive. Unfortunately the sizing was wrong ( company error) and I wanted an exchange. I was informed that any refunds/exchange needs to be within a 30 day period otherwise you cannot request a refund/exchange. I found this ludacris as it was the fault of the companies delayed delivery that didn’t allow me the 30 day return policy. I’m still trying to get an exchange, but at this point will request a full refund, as this is not a reputable company. I have since looked at their reviews, to which they have many dissatisfied customers, with similar issues. I would recommend using another company. Good luck
