I don't know how I found this company but I think in my case I searched for a fanny pack, a distinctive one. I knew it was coming from far away and loved the design and took a chance. I bought one for myself and later one for a friend. They even tell you it will take longer because of where it comes from. Take a chance if you love the item. Trump tariffs did not seem to impact the price much. My first UK experience. Take a chance.

Great service! Easy order process and very transparent with how delivery works. Parcel arrived earlier than expected. The toe separators I ordered are fabulous. Extremely comfortable from first use and within a week I noticed a very distinct difference in my foot strength when doing my yoga balance track which is done with only one foot on the ground. Definitely recommend!

As far as I can tell the product was…never shipped
As far as I can tell the product was never shipped, the tracking information I was promised was actually a dead-end Shopify link, and all of my inquiries to customer service have been promptly replied to by what I assume is an AI agent who gives platitudes but no resolution. I'll be escalating this to my credit card company for cancellation. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing...but I was shopping for a waterproof shoe cover to help an elderly relative I care for be able to go outdoors and keep their bandaged foot protected from the elements so I was moving quickly and not doing enough due diligence. Lesson, sadly, learned!

I ordered 2 LARGE long sleeve running tops but when I tried them on, they were smaller than advertised. The lime green top was smaller than the blue one. They were medium size really. I can't really wear them.

Nothing arrived
They say item has been dispatched. This was 2 weeks ago. Supplied a tracking number. Nothing showing on tracking. They cannot trace the item. They cannot cancel the item. They cannot refund the item. Terrible. I don’t think I will ever get the item and Venus in customer services will never run out of standard emails that tell me nothing!
