End of tenancy cost adjudication
I am a landlord with a number of properties. I would warn other landlords considering flat fair to be aware that the process for dealing with damages at the end of tenancy is at best arbitrary. The adjudication expert used in our case seemed to determine outcomes at random resulting in us receiving approximately half of the costs we incurred in addressing the many issues our tenants left us with .
