It wasn't explained in details to me because I never knew as partner one family we be asked to make no deposit separately if not o would have opted to pay deposit. It appeared me to be cheated not happy about it.

flatfair gives the option for either all parties named on the tenancy to make individual payments or for one party to pay for everyone.
It seems that you wanted the latter option and it's something we do provide.
