This is my second mortgage with Florida Home Funding and I am 100% happy once again. Shahram and his team know what they are doing, take the time to explain everything and answer any questions usually within an hour or two. It's rare to get this good of service AND the best rate around! I would highly recommend using them, in fact you would be crazy to go anywhere else.

I was lucky enough to meet Shahram and in conversation he learned that I was in the market to buy a home. He gave me his card and when I was ready to buy I reached out to him. He took my information over the phone and within an hour emailed me a pre-qualified letter and soon after that we had a contract on a house. The difference between dealing with the big name sweat-shop brokers and Shahram was unbelievable. He knows what he's talking about and answers any questions quickly and correctly. I can't imagine anybody is doing it better. It takes A LOT to get me to write a review, even more for it to be 5 stars, but he earned it. Don't waste your time or $ going elsewhere.
