Shahram made my life so easy with the financing for my home. The banks didn't want to deal with me but he not only got me a mortgage but he got a better rate than the banks were offering me. He also came to my house to meet and sign all the paperwork, good luck finding a bank to do that. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and that made the whole process go smoothly and quickly.

Shahram was fantastic. I called him on a Friday morning and within an hour he e mailed several options to me. He shopped the rates and locked me in when the time was right. I would definitely recommend him. His co-worker Cindie is extremely nice and very efficient and was a pleasure to work with.
