Di has been absolutely amazing! As unsure as I was a couple of times, she managed to change a few things to suit me, and in such sufficient time! Amazing! So so grateful!

We had a bit of a disaster initially when we tried to book our flights to the UK (long story) - however Di Nichol came through for us like a bloody trouper and saved the day. We now have amazing flights and can properly look forward to our trip 😀

I have just been on a trip of a lifetime for my 70th birthday. Lendl organised our trip so I could really relax and enjoy it!! THANK YOU!! My trip included flights to Budapest, a River Cruise for 7 days and 2 days in Prague, then 9 days in London and 3 days in NYC. All went without a glitch. Lendl helped me choose the best River Cruise experience- using her expertise. And she was spot on. All connections went smoothly ! We loved every part of our holiday, flights, cruise, accommodation all thanks to Lendl. She really personalises all communication and rung prior to our trip and was available during our trip and touched base on our return to see how things went. Exemplary service. This is the 4th time I have used Flight Centre and I will continue to do so.

I have been planning our holiday to Samoa for 6 adults and 1 child, for 10 days. I have been dealing with Liston who has been an absolute legend. He was always there to answer any questions, and would always provide me with options about accomodation. We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Singapore, organised through Flight Centre with Lendl’s help.

As always, Lendl looked after us extremely well. This is not the first time we have booked through her, and once again she gave us great advice and followed us through the trip in a very professional and helpful way.

We chose The Clan Hotel, and Lendl organised the booking for us. The hotel was excellent — very nice, very central, and with the MRT station literally just outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere in Singapore.

This is the second time I have contacted Di Nichol to book a trip for me. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to understand my needs, I ask her so many questions and she is always lovely and answers them clearly, she alerts me to things I missed (the fine print), she gives me guidance and ideas.
