False advertising. Booked including checked in luggage, took my payment then 24 hours later said it doesn’t include and would have to pay extra. apparently trying to help me by offering another airline at inflated rate.Website clearly stated with checked in luggage. Wasted my time. Thank heavens I paid with credit card as they refused to refund my money even though T&C clearly states changes could be made before ticket is issued. When I re-checked their website same advertised at lower price! But somehow it’s my fault because the search engine doesn’t display the booking correctly! Nonsense!I took pics of their advertising as proof. They finally admitting as a soft sell whatever that means! Liars and thieves don’t waste you time and money

I miss read the booking when paying 1k for flights minus baggage. Jenifer at FlightoWorld.uk was super helpful. She had the most patience with myself and really supported in finding the best solution to be cost effective. I strongly recommend if you need assistance ask for Jenifer as she understands customers needs without trying to secure more money from you.

I was so stressed after realising that the ticket I booked to Algeria for December didn’t include luggage and adding it would’ve cost me almost double the price! Thankfully, Gary at Flightoworld helped me out. He took the time to help me find an alternative flight with the same dates and with luggage included. Instead of paying an extra £400 or a cancellation fee, I only paid an £80 difference! He was patient, understanding, and really went above and beyond to sort everything out. I’m so grateful for his help. The only down side is that when booking initially no luggage being included wasn’t clear so it kind of traps you into purchasing the ticket.

As other reviewers have already reported these scammers are not to be trusted. I payed for a airline ticket ticket which I did not receive in spite of many telephone calls,I therefore contacted my bank who informed me that the payment was still pending and they could not do anything at the moment except inform VISA. Flightoworld refused to cancel the payment therefore my payment is frozen.I had recorded my calls to them and this information will be passed to Trading standards and in addition my son who works for a regional newspaper will submit an article regarding these cowboys in the hope that it may be taken up by a national.
What ever you do, do not be taken in by their Bull Shxt.

Ganesh was very helpful he rang me yesterday 29.10.25 and explained the problem I would have without the check in luggage and he called me today and helped me with the flexi dates and helped me upgrade my Emirates flight he was kind and explained throughly and patient so I would like to thank him - Mrs V S Sharma London

Thank the good Lord that I read the reviews first, we have now saved a small fortune by NOT booking with this company. But my thoughts are WHY has NO ONE done anything about them if they are taking peoples money and NOT DELIVERING the goods? ALL THESE REVIEWS CANNOT BE WRONG. Just go with your gut, you know the old saying "If it looks too good to be true, IT IS"
