ASHTOM is extremely helpful. He provided me with all the available options (various times and prices). Additionally, he was eager to share any details regarding the different airlines.

Purchased 2 tickets filled everything that was asked was told that the names were wrong and I could change the ticket if I paid a thousand pounds each or go and alternative flights for £500
I mentioned all the bad reviewsi threatened that my credit card will not pay as it is not mistake he wanted me to cancel and take money out of card
Got another call we are trying to help you I said give me the flights I have booked they couldn't I again told them my credit card won't pay
Luckily after a week they dropped the booking and I booked elsewhere
Stay clear they are scammers

I will start with the positives Jennie smith this lovely lady is 5 stars
fantastic help and got me all booked into my seat day before flying and on return amazing service
the flight they booked me on china Sothern airlines was fantastic flight and lovely food plenty off cold drinks and alcohol if you wanted

reason it dropped down to 3 stars the booking
other reviews saying they are scammers and crooks I choose to believe they are just hard sales team in difficult industry over loaded with competitors
I booked on line and paid my money
morning flight Gatwick Hong Kong and on return a afternoon flight
all paid and was happy
then I received a phone call within 1 hour sorry sir we are over booked on your booking so we will have to re book Heathrow to Hong Kong 930 pm and a return 830 am
I said ok just send a return of my money they said this will take 30 days which is not acceptable if you can not give the deal you sold to a customer they should get instant return
then they added another £200 so reluctantly I agreed and just hoped every thing would be ok

I will say this to the sales team remember when people book a flight for a holiday people have saved hard for their yearly relax from work and stress they do not need people like you to ruin their vacation

It seems Flightoworld have spent a lot of time creating fake positive reviews but hopefully this one will give you a realistic view.

The company features on multiple comparison sites so you assume they are legitimate, however even though they block the money from your credit card they do not book the flights...you receive a 'booking confirmation' and are told that your e-tickets will be issued within 48 hours. Their trick is then to email you asking to call them where they proceed to tell you the flight you have booked is no longer available but you can 'upgrade' to either a different flight or a higher class on the original chosen trip. once you threaten them with reporting it as fraud to your card issuer, they back down and release the block on your credit card but in the meantime you have wasted a few days and invariably the flights now cost more.

Although we personally suffered no actual loss, imagine many people simply pay the extra money to avoid making a stressful situation worse.

Unfortunately the world is full of unscrupulous traders and Flightoworld is one of them

Scammers. Avoid at all costs

They are lowballing ticket prices and after payment ask for more money. They have not issued my ticket and are asking for more money for upgraded flight or wait for five months for refund or update on my booking.

My booking was not clear. Just a seat was allocated. No luggage and no food either included. Later when phoned was asked to upgrade with money. Maybe my understanding was wrong but then in the end was sorted. And was given a good deal as well. Mr. Aaron went out of his way to help and made me feel quite comfortable.
