Flocknote has been great to use at our school. We needed a solution to be able to text our families, and this was reliable, cost effective, and easy to use. We also use the email functionality, which sends beautiful and fun emails. The customer support is top notch as well, resolving issues in a timely and friendly way. I highly recommend!

I had always wanted a way to communicate with our catechists and parents in a friendly but effective way and this is what I found using Flocknote. Each year that I update our parent group or any of the groups I use, I worry about all I have to do and realize it takes a few steps to accomplish this task.
I lost track of how long I've used Flocknote (two or three years) but every year there is something new that was in the back of my mind but too busy to communicate my needs.
I love that I can either send text messages for easy reminders or notices or long informative emails.
I also appreciate the fast replies I get from the help desk when I have questions.

We now have the ability to reach parishioners in an effective way we never have before.  Especially within our religious education and youth programs, the texting feature has been phenomenal, nullifying the need for cumbersome and often annoying group texts, allowing for personal exchanges with accountability.  One ongoing desire though is for us to have ONE phone number only for the parish.  I currently have over a dozen different phone numbers from Flocknote as I am part of several groups, and any time a message goes to multiple groups at the same time, it's yet another number to save.

I understand the philosophy of having one # per group, and see how that could simplify life for people only involved in one or two groups. But it would behoove the majority of parishioners on our system if we had ONE number for the parish, and relied on the new (and very useful!) tag lines at the beginning of each text.

As the Communications Director of our parish, it is imperative that the communications software be user friendly and versatile. Flocknote offers both to the Flocknote parish administrator.
Additionally, Flocknote offers both updated and ongoing informative online classes to all their users. Also, Flocknote quickly responds to any questions or concerns the user may have - both written and verbally. It is a FUN package of both designs, graphics and color choices for all individuals responsible for the communication platform in their parishes.

Our parish has used flocknotes for several years. We find it a very reasonable way to stay in touch with our parish family. Since covid we install cameras in our church in order to live stream Mass. Each week I send out a flocknote to tell those who cannot come to Mass the time we will be live streaming. If I happen to forget I receive many reply from those watching it. This has let me know that many people who are sick or homebound is watching our Mass. My experience with flocknotes has been very positive.

What a great way to communicate with either large groups or individual circles members. It's delivered just like an email so no special instructions. I feel closer to other organizations in the parish. What a way to stay in touch.

We've used this for our local Troops of St. George organization and it's been a great tool. There are a few enhancements I believe would take it from good to great. The ability to create multi-channel notifications at the same time vs. creating them separately would be a nice feature. Also, the ability to click 'edit' on a group to add multiple members to various groups is lacking too. The pricing tiers seem rather aggressive for what it offers. In my opinion it would seem to be prudent to have them in 50-member increments for each pricing tier or use the Squarespace model of charging a flat rate so it doesn't feel cost prohibitive to add more members.

We have used flocknotes for 3 weeks. We are getting excellent turnaround times for volunteer sign-ups. As a Children's pastor, Volunteers are how the ministry runs. Even our seasoned saints are understanding how to click the link and sign up. I could not be happier. It is now our primary tool for communicating with our families.

Very helpful tool for us to communicate with each other. #1: Emails and texts get delivered. #2: Easy to import contacts and get started. #3: Groups and administrative roles are intuitive and match the way we actually work. #4: Intuitive experience to get people started. Flocknote seems like it has good training, but we've been able to get a number of admins up and running without any training. We made the tool available and people just ran with it!

I've used Flocknote for a year and a half now. I e-mail 150 fellow church members Sunday nights and Thursday nights. I always print a synopsis of my 4-5 page newsletter in the message section of Flocknote. I also e-mail 19 family members a daily scripture at 7am precisely Monday through Friday--Flocknote allows you to schedule e-mails. There are three other features of Flocknote that I really like--I get the percentage of people who open the e-mail, I can see exactly who opened the e-mail, and if there's an attachment, I get the number of people who opened the attachment. Whenever I encounter a problem, which is rarely, the Flocknote Help Desk is always helpful and courteous and positive.

I've been using Flocknote for the last year or so sending out e-mails and text messages on a weekly basis promoting our ReDiscover Jesus Men's Group.
It's easy to create e-mail messages with graphics and links to Zoom Meeting and our weekly topics. Text messaging also is easy to use. Nice to create groups from our Parish data base which keeps emails and phone numbers in sync which is far better than using personal e-mailing. And has history of e-mails and texting so you can copy and edit for a new message easily. Flocknote is GREAT!

Flocknote helps us to stay connected with our parishioners in new creative ways, releasing information with a moments notice. We did a poll of our Faith Formation session preferences that is moving us to a new schedule. Bridging people through short faith videos, artistic pictures, and even some lived occasions at church helps engage everyone! Customer service is at its best! Thank you for this easy way to communicate and help us look professional!

Flocknote has been such an incredibly helpful tool for our parish, and we couldn't have started utilizing it at a better time! We have been given countless compliments from parishioners about keeping in touch with them on a regular basis, as well as meeting the needs of our university student parishioners who prefer texts about upcoming events. We will most definitely be putting Flocknote to good use for years to come!

Flocknote happy engineers always respond in a timely manner. They are always helpful and willing to troubleshoot any issue I might have that typically ends up being user error :) They are patient and kind in leading me back on track when I am lost! Thank you Flocknote!

Well, as a FN admin, there are some things that can be better. For example, when pasting or editing a link the URL shows up in a tiny window and the URL is obscured so you can't tell if the URL you pasted is correct or not. This should behave like most web editors which bring up a dialog box that has the text and the URL in 2 separate text boxes to make it easy to use.
Also, our whole FN user community is VERY disappointed at the 5-line limit for comments since we rely heavily on those for group discussions. Also, it would be very helpful if the comments could be edited with the editor used by the FN admin. It's very hard for users to format their comments and determine if URLs are correctly entered as links or not, etc.

Yes, I mean the display limit of 5 lines! It is very hard to have to click the 'Read more' button on a bunch of comments just to see what folks have commented on; many times it's more than 5 lines. Some of us have resorted to posting multiple comments of 5 or less lines just to make it easier for people to see the comments!

Flocknote is great. The parish signed up just prior to COVID and the communications abilities alone have really helped us. As we reopen the parish, I look forward to using more of the tools available.
