Literally everything made my experience great from website to selecting products to guide me well by great company employees (special thanks to Mr. Almas Khan) The company is doing very well and customer is real priority for them because it just shows in their service. There are no flaws which i find in flo.
I will suggest everyone that if they want a great bedding experience they should just close their eyes and go with the flo.

Worst Experience with FloMattress.com – Refund Still Pending

After seeing numerous advertisements for Flo Mattress, I decided to place an order on their website. However, a few days later, when I contacted their customer support to check the delivery status, I was informed that delivery would take more than a week.

As I needed the mattress urgently, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. Their team assured me that the refund would be processed within one week. Unfortunately, nearly two weeks have now passed, and I still haven't received my money.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Delayed delivery is one thing, but making customers wait for their refunds even after confirming a timeline is unacceptable.

My advice to potential customers: Think carefully before placing an order directly through FloMattress.com. Based on my personal experience, your money may remain stuck even after you cancel your order.

I hope the company takes customer concerns seriously, improves its service, and processes my pending refund without any further delay.

Anti-Gravity mattress from Flo mattress, and I am very happy with my purchase. the mattress is extremely comfortable and provides a wonderful sleeping experience I really like the quality and comfort of the mattress. i am Giving the 4 star because of conversation with (Aaisha Shaikh) and process of pickup and refund ...... The mattress quality isn't good, it became uneven within 50 days. You should check the quality before packaging. The pickup was quick, and Aaisha Shaikh was very helpful regarding the refund—she expedited the process. Nice Taking with her....... refund in process i expect it quick as she said...... Thanks
