I purchased an Ortho mattress from Flo Mattress, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The mattress is very comfortable and offers excellent quality. I really love the comfort and overall experience. I would also like to thank Almas Khan for his helpful support and assistance. I would definitely recommend the Flo Mattress Ortho mattress to my family and friends. Anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality mattress should consider Flo Mattress. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Its comfortable and stable its quality is good

The mattress offers decent initial comfort and provides reasonable back support. The foam adapts well to body shape without feeling excessively firm. However, the edge support is quite weak; sitting near the corners causes noticeable sinkage. It also tends to trap body heat during warmer nights despite the breathable cover claims. Overall, it is an average purchase—fine for basic use, but not exceptional for the price.

The product is good but the mattress is small damage so i will contact customer support they will help to return the order and quickly replied my questions her name is Aaisha. She is very helpful for my return

Product is best 👌

**Very Poor Customer Service – Double Charging and Refund Still Pending**

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flow Mattress. I was charged twice for my order, and even though one of the orders was returned, the refund amount has still not been credited.

What is even more frustrating is the customer service experience. I tried calling their support team several times, but the executive disconnected my call from my number and did not answer when I called again. This is completely unacceptable when a customer is trying to resolve a payment and refund issue.

A company should take responsibility when customers are incorrectly charged and should provide clear communication until the refund is completed. Instead, I have had to repeatedly follow up without getting a satisfactory resolution.

**Double charging + delayed refund + extremely poor customer support.**

I would strongly recommend that Flow Mattress improve its refund process and customer service before expecting customers to trust the company with their money.

Good comfort, and value for money
I recently purchased a mattress from Flo Mattress, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The mattress is very comfortable and offers excellent quality and support. Since using it, I have really enjoyed a more relaxing and comfortable sleeping experience. The material feels premium, and the overall quality of the mattress is impressive. I genuinely love the comfort it provides and am very satisfied with my decision to purchase it. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Almas Khan from the Customer Support team for his excellent assistance. He was very polite, helpful, and supportive throughout my experience. He answered my queries patiently and made sure I received the assistance I needed. His professional and friendly approach made my overall experience with Flo Mattress even better. I am truly pleased with both the product quality and the customer support I received. The mattress has met my expectations in terms of comfort, quality, and overall satisfaction. I would happily share my positive experience with friends and family who are looking for a comfortable, good-quality mattress. Thank you to the entire Flo Mattress team, especially Almas Khan, for providing such a pleasant customer experience. I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to enjoying my mattress for a long time.

Overall I m happy with this product.. Recommend by me .. affordable bhi hain

MR. AMAN YOU EXPLAINED IT VERY WELL THANKS .
BUT MY PRODUCT SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY 3rd OCT .

Very poor and disappointing service. Your team clearly confirms the product size through WhatsApp, but later, when the issue arises, you say that the WhatsApp confirmation is AI-generated and cannot be considered. If the confirmation has no value, why are you sending such confirmations to customers through WhatsApp in the first place?

I have been trying to contact customer support for the past 3–4 days, but there is no proper response or even a callback. The wrong size and colour were delivered, and my time has been completely wasted following up.

This is not the level of customer service a customer expects. Please improve your process and do not put other customers through the same frustrating experience.

My overall experience with flow mattress is very good, the product is also very good quality and comfort. The support staff was very helpful specially @Aman Khan provided good support in order to receive new outer cover.
