We purchased underlay from the Cowbridge Road East store in Cardiff, we thought it was expensive so a quick search on line showed us that we had been charged over three times as much for the same product. I understand that you have to make a profit but we would not expect to be robbed.

We have bought flooring from yourselves numerous times, your staff are normally helpful .
However,
We were at your llansamlett branch on Saturday, 3rd October and unfortunately ,didn't have the same experience.
Staff member was sitting on his mobile and continued to do so as we were speaking to him .
Was not helpful . We did purchase flooring that my husband carried out himself as there was no offer of help or a trolly from staff.
