Katlyn did a wonderful job assisting me with my purchase.

We ordered tiles for a vehicle photo booth project we were building. SPECIFIED that we needed them all to com from the same dye lot. Three boxes did not. Now we cant get a response from these guys. They gladly took our $ and now have ghosted us. Even sent an email to Kurt Leitinger, Founder and COO. No response. Save time and your money, buy elsewhere.

After showing interest in garage flooring tiles, Flooring Inc emailed me constantly. After I pulled the string and purchased $ 1500.00 worth of materials, that's when the customer service stopped. I have been trying to receive updates on my order status for days now and all I get is " high caller volume " and a website " chat bot " that is USELESS ! I cannot un-recommend Flooring Inc more !

My tiles have been buckling when the sun, IN THE WINTER MONTHS, shine on the tiles. The temperature are very mild so it is a huge disappointment and unacceptable. The answer I received is ridiculous. Glue them down ? What ? Never was told this could happen and some of the tiles are already warped and will not clip back into the other tiles.

I have received a response from Flooring Inc, that I do not understand. I need to talk directly with an agent from Flooring Inc to discuss my issue in detail. They are asking me questions and making comments that I do not understand

I called because I wanted to verify my measurements before placing an order. I spoke with an agent named Gloria, she was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The whole process went very smoothly, I am looking forward to carpeting two bedrooms

I ordered a mat but decided to cancel so I sent out an email and they were quick to respond. I did end up canceling as I had already purchased a mat elsewhere but might look into them in the future as their CS was helpful.

Great customer service! Erin walked me though the shipping process and let me know where my rubber gym floor was. She gave me contact info for the shipper so I could expedite arrival.
