After simply inquiring about an order status that wasn’t available in the website, was put on hold for 20 minutes listening to about a 30 second audio loop. Finally hung up without receiving an answer to a seemingly simple inquiry. So I texted requesting the order status information. Now,I’m asked to provide a survey. Really?

No service provided
No service provided; still waiting for my flooring after ordering on 2/19 and was already charged for it, but no deliver or communication provided. I have left voicemails asking for updates and no one responds and you can't reach anyone when calling. I assuming you cannot fill orders you take and will have to report it as a fraudulent with my credit card company.

After many attempts to find my order
After many attempts to find my order. The last customer service representative took great care of me. She as professional, kind and patient. I don’t like the live chat because it’s not a real person and I never received a follow up when leaving a message as suggested. I missed a deadline and lost money after no communication in my initial order. I do love the product but please work on communication.
