I Have had some wonderfully crafted , excellent pieces from Florence London , which wear well and do not tarnish.
Look as good as the day I got them 4 years on .
Recently I had a item brought for my birthday and there was a small problem which was sorted quickly and efficiently with great customer service .

I ordered a bangle for my daughter's 18th birthday, I chose a font which didn't come out too well on the bangle, I reached out via email, not to complain, but just to say it isn't overly clear. They wrote back, understood it was a special gift and replaced the bangle with a new clearer font. Simply amazing. I must stress, I chose the original font, it was my fault. But still Florence-London replaced it. Very rare it today's world.

This was my first time ordering from Florence and I could not be happier. With my silly baby brain I ordered the wrong colour bracelet. I rang Florence and they sent out a new one that day. The bracelet itself is gorgeous, the engraving is great and the woman I spoke to on the phone was just fabulous (I really enjoyed our chat!!). Truly amazing customer service from Molly and the most beautiful gold necklace with my late fathers handwriting engraved on the pendant. The packaging was gorgeous too and there was a hand signed thank you note from the company owner. So special :)

Molly was so helpful, she went above & beyond. My daughters gifted me a bracelet for Christmas which I sadly lost. Not wanting to admit it, I searched the web & found Florence, London. I emailed them asking if my daughters had placed an order with themselves last year. Astoundingly I'd found the correct place. They found the order & shipped me out a exact copy as I couldn't remember which text & wording they'd used. The bracelet was delivered to me within the week!! Absolutely brilliant service, would highly recommend. Thank you once again.

I honestly can't thank Rosie enough. I contacted her with a very difficult task of taking the only writing I had of my late father that was written with chalk on a chalk board, Rosie was fantastic from start to finish, with my jewellery arriving today and I am in tears of joy with how perfect it is. I received a bracelet as a gift for Christmas but the enamel came off within a short period of time. I reached out to the company and received a personal response within an hour and they were on to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Yes, there was a fault however as a customer I really appreciate the efforts to rectify the issue within a timely manner.
