I recently ordered a gold bangle for my wife, engraved and it wasn't until the receipt came through that i realised shi7, i have ordered the wrong size . I panicked and emailed, they came straight back to me, re-organised my order - it arrived and is perfect, my missus is over the moon with it. Paid for gift packaging too - well worth it, all done with love and care. 10/10

I found this website online and the jewellery is beautiful! I purchased a lovely bangle for my nieces graduation there was a small complication but when I messaged them they replied straight away! And so helpful and understanding and sorted it out straight away the delivery is so quick too I will definitely buy from them again 😊

I'd bought an anniversary present last year for my partner, fantastic price, fantastic quality, everything you'd expect. Unfortunately whether due to unexpected quality or general life, the chain had snapped. I messaged their repair service and they just sent out another one. Arrived within 3 days, absolutely fantastic service.

What an absolutely fabulous company, the customer service has been second to none.
I received a lovely bangle for Christmas but sadly the colour didn’t match my other bracelets so I requested a return/exchange. Even though the bangle was made to order in a specific colour and with a small clover, Rosie agreed to an exchange and went above and beyond to ensure the process of returning ran smoothly. I now have a gorgeous necklace and another bangle on their way to me. Rosie even offered engraving on the bangle at no additional charge in this instance. So so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. I must add too that the bangle was of high quality and I would have definitely kept it if it had matched my others.

Rosie was a joy and such a help from the start. Really communicative, gave great advice for a Valentines Day gift and made loads of adjustments for me in the face of being an indecisive nightmare customer! But was really awesome.

Couldn’t recommend enough - customer service goes such a long way these days and will definitely buy again!

It is my sons 21st Birthday next month, and I was looking on the internet for ideas, and came across Florence London. I found a bracelet that my husband and I thought Toby might like, and got it engraved. I signed up to the news letter so I got a 10%discount. The delivery was very quick, and the box it came in is lovely, and the bracelet is lovely aswell!! So fingers crossed he'll like it!!
