I "heart" foodler!!
I've used foodler for YEARS and can't remember the last time I just ordered food over the phone. Actually, I don't see the point in EVER ordering food over the phone. We love you FOODLER!

Loved it used it often when i lived in MA!!! Just wish more places in Florida went through foodler!!!
Was in Boston August 19, placed order was charged twice for same exact order and they refused refund. They did two exact orders and I was billed a total of over sixty dollars for only an order I place of Thirty dollars.

Excellent tuna salads! Everything was nice and fresh. Very delicious. I have ordered these 3 times, we love them!!
driver was horrible. When i explained to him how to buzz my condo unit and get in the building his reply was....."you can't come down and get your food?". I told him i had kids sleeping and he really didn't care.
I would like to remove the tip from the order/sale if possible.

My order was delivered on time but the driver forgot my soda. It has been an hour still have not recieved it. This ruined my order

4.5 stars so yummy... everything was hot and ready to serve for the family.

Foodler is the best food service out there. I had used grubhub before finding Foodler and after that had tried a few other services because of the promotions. However, even after the promotions, I found that foodler was the easiest and most user friendly. Plus their points seem to rack up faster than others! More food! :~)
Order was late. The restaurant did not follow or honor my "special instructions". Why bother asking if the restaurant ignores. Nothing worse than sushi rolls with so little wasabi, you can't finish your dinner! Disappointing!

Would've been a 5 star but my waffle came with no syrup whatsoever. I don't eat waffles without syrup so now it's going to waste.
It was an extremely horrible experience. They delivered the food but they gave it to a neighbor. It's exchanging to many hands for me to eat. Church's Chicken have decided not except responsibilities for this behavior. I do not recommend this establishment (Church's Chicken) or deliver Service. Thanks for the opportunity to express my concern!!!!

I paced my order at 5:40pm. From our apartment window we saw what looked like a possible delivery person try to dial in via our intercom, which is an extra feature for some units and not ours. This is why I leave special instructions to call my phone and that we'll be right down. This has worked for multiple food delivery services. Foodler had given us an estimated time of 6:40pm and so we decided to wait until then to call since it may have been possible the delivery person was delivering a different order. At 6:40pm I called and was told that they were waiting for their driver to return before sending out the order. At 7:3opm I called again asking for an update. The woman on the phone told me that they delivery person had tried to call but it was the wrong phone number. I tried to explain that I was currently looking at my receipt which was showing the correct number and she cut me off stating again that it was due to the wrong number that I had entered. She literally made a statement saying that it was my fault ("due to your error"). I tried to explain and question what we had seen with the delivery person attempting to dial the intercom and again was cut off with her asking "do you want your food or not?". Since I had already paid by card I stated that I would like the food. She stated she was trying to help me and at this point I began to show my frustration and stated that she needed to do so without cutting off customers and without using an attitude. She then stated that she was "answering [me] how I was coming at her". I've worked in customer service and I don't care HOW upset the customer is you never 1) put blame onto them and 2) NEVER talk to them like that! We did not give them a tip and I'm calling corporate.

Food wasn't as good as usual. Plus we had a mistake with our order and they were very rude! Not helpful at all.
