My daughter has had 2 Freya Skye phone charms and both have broken through no fault of her own. We were lucky enough to get a replacement for the 1st one but for it to happen again has really upset her. Not sure if they'll believe me when I say it's broken for a 2nd time 😢

I am writing regarding the order I placed on August 24, 2026. According to the email I received, the order should have already been delivered. However, I have still not received it.

Please note that I have already paid the full amount for this order, and I find this delay unacceptable.

The order is for my daughter, Konstantina, who is a big fan and has been eagerly looking forward to receiving the record and the hoodie. She is very excited about her order, which makes the delay particularly disappointing.

I would appreciate it if you could check the status of my order immediately and provide me with a clear explanation for the delay, as well as the exact expected delivery date.

Ordered the signed vinyl from the us store. I had an email saying order shipped but the tracking says label created? I’ve emailed lots of times no reply. My daughter bought a vinyl player so she could listen to this! Update I did get hold of someone and we have recieved the order.

I feel like the uk store isn’t as good as the American one. It’s like the team doesn’t care about the uk anymore. Shop doesn’t even tell you anything and it’s never right! I love Freya so much and this isn’t her fault it’s the teams! And the help centre is terrible, I wanna talk to a real person who understands why I’m sad not a bot

I'm awaiting an order placed on the 24th Aug. I realise these were pre order but from reading other comments they should now be despatched. There is no communication on where my order is and I have emailed and also had no answer.

Poor communication heard nothing and when I track now says unfulfilled- so will I be getting my order?? Very disappointing and gutted for my daughter!

Ordre 6801 they just take the money and don’t send the goods. Beware !!!

I absolutely ADOREEEE Freya, and I'm so happy I made the choice to buy merch. The products are comfortable, get here in a reasonable time, and are exactly as I would hope for and better.

Very pleased with the item! It shipped on estimated time and I was always informed about the shipping and was able to track it. The quality is also very good and very comfortable to wear, exactly as shown in the pictures. A ten out of ten experience !

I placed an order on 17th July and nothing was dispatched. I had to email and eventually it was sent with some tracking info for DHL in the US. The parcel was then given to Evri who left it in a full bin when I wasn’t in and the bin was emptied.

I have tried emailing the company and currently have a claim lodged with PayPal to try and get my money back.

Please do not buy from this website!

Updated 23 September - still no hoody, in spite of what the company response says. Unfortunately my daughter loves Freya Skye, but I certainly won’t be ordering any more from the site.

Ordered a hoody on 24th August, as of 4th September still no indication that it has been dispatched. Tracking information says ‘partially delivered’…. If you’re going to line up ‘merch drops’ for excitable young fans, you should be able to fulfil orders. Not great.

The order came EXTREMELY quick, and the order was in perfect condition when it arrived.The prices on this website are very cheap compared to most merch for other celebrities. Overall an amazing experience and more people should buy from this shop!

Freya Skye her webshop is beautiful and the quality of clothing is amazing. The customer service is perfect I had a problem and they immediately fixed it. I have ordered several times from here and will definitely order again!❤️ STREAM BAD TASTE!
