I ordered two masks in May. I was told they finally shipped on June 26. I have not received them yet. This feels like the biggest scam on the planet. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

The masks I ordered fit perfectly and the picture is quite clear. I am happy with this product.

If you want it fast and for the virus, this is not for you. The mask is one layer and the elastic on ears is tight. I ordered mine the middle of May and received it the first part of July. Which with the virus going on I can understand. BUT you will love it! Mine looks just my dog and they are to cute!! Good picture!

I ordered masks on April 22, 2020. Their site said 14-21 days. The end of May I contacted them and they gave me a 50% refund due to taking so long. So when June came and no mask I contacted them again. I received an email back saying I could not get a refund because they were in production. I then received another email saying sorry they will contact production and have them expedited. Well I received another email saying my order was canceled and I will receive a refund. I will never ever order anything from this company again. Nobody knows anything that is going on.

They are a little slow but they have good customer service and quality products well worth it

I absolutely love my new mask. I have received several compliments on it. Since I own a JRT, it’s like bringing him with me.

Although it took two months to receive my order, it was worth the wait! They do not promote the masks as healthcare grade, which is fine because I wear mine over my surgical mask. They are a great size, great fit, and nice whimsy during these difficult times- thank you.

I ordered the Beagle shirt in purple, our 15.5 yr old Beagle died a little while ago and my wife is a school teacher at a school whose main color is purple so it was for her to remember Sadie. It came surprisingly fast considering the current happenings.

Ordering was easy and fun, shipping was a little slow but considering the circumstances of the virus they did a great job!

I ordered face masks on 4/26/2020. In May, I received a partial refund for the delay and was told via email that my masks were in production and will be shipped soon. Fast forward to July I received my masks. The confirmation email and response email still said the masks were printing. On 7/7/2020 I get an email saying my masks have shipped. REALLY? I will not recommend nor will I buy from this company again.

So disappointed when I received my face mask - picture was really cute, but the quality was terrible. Only one layer of material and you can almost see through it. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.
