very poor service - i ordered 2 masks in April and still have not received them - get the same message when i put my order # in - will be shipped in 5 days - i will never order on line for anything anymore - you can't trust that you will get your merchandise even though they already took my money - I even tried to cancel within 1 hr of ordering because dumb did not look at reviews to verify company was any good - after reading reviews decided i better not take the chance - was not able to cancel order as it said order was in process - really it was a Sunday and I am sure they were not working or we all would have had our orders

Ordered May 1 and have not received it yet.
Maybe I will get it in October for the seconded wave.

If I could have given no stars, I would. Ordered 2 masks on 4/29/20, they arrived on 6/16/20 - over 2-1/2 months. The masks are flimsy and poorly made, only one layer of fabric (2 layers are recommended), and there is no bendable stay in the top seam of the mask in order to bend it over your nose for better protection. Even the blue generic masks that you can buy at a cost of $15 for 25 masks have that feature. The price for the mask is far too high (and they are saying it is originally $14.95 but now on sale), and the 2 masks arrived in a mailer that would have only needed one 55 cent stamp, yet I was charged $6.98 for shipping. The masks are cute, but in my opinion this company is taking advantage of consumers because of the Covid-19 pandemic by charging way too much for both the masks and shipping. They should be ashamed.

If I could do no stars I will. They say order will be shipped in 14-21 days. I ordered 2 months ago. They say they are behind because of Covid. Well, I would not have ordered if there was no Covid.

Ordered mask April 23 as a Fathers Day gift. Its June 17th and order still has not shipped. They have been responsive to my emails but Item was to ship within 10-21 days of order. Almost eight weeks later and order has not shipped so need to cancel as no way it will be here in time for fathers day.
They just wrote back and stated they can’t cancel as order is being made. They stated 7 weeks ago was being processed. Three weeks ago they apologized for delay and would check on order when I stated it was a Fathers Day gift. So note once you place order you can not cancel or return and the max of 21 days to ship is not valid.

I ordered my product almost 2 months ago and nothing! It’s ridiculous. Such a scam! Never order anything from them.

I ordered a product and it’s been almost two months and haven’t received it. I’ve communicated with the company multiple times and now just received an email that my order was cancelled??? Do not order from them!!!!

I'm only giving a one star cause zero is not an option. Do not order from them. Ordered 2 mask on 5/4. Money debited from my account in minutes and the mask have been in printing stage since may 4th. Everytime you contact them they say they are printing. After a month I got 60 percent refund but still have not received masks. Last email received from them was they are still printing trying to make perfect. I ordered me a dog print off ebay and received in 2 days.

On May 2, I ordered one dog mask. I am not every time to wear a mask with the better of the health of the virus. The money is gone, but I want what I paid.

Ordered face masks on 5-2-20 and still have not received. It has been 6 weeks and they are in production. They could have been hand sewn by now and walked to my house. Of course they charge the moment you order so they have my money. I hope others do not waste their money.

I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered 2 masks on 5/1/20. Complained about not receiving the masks after 21 business days and got a 50% refund. They still owe me 2 masks. Will call my bank and dispute the remainder of the $$ before the 60 day time frame for disputes. I have made my own masks and dont want the ones I ordered anymore. Do NOT do business with this company. UPDATE.....Today is June 29 and the masks are supposed to be here next week...more than 2 months after they were ordered! The only upside to this whole thing is I got all my $$ refunded and they still sent the masks. Since where I live is under a mandatory mask order I would be up the creek if I didnt know how to sew. I still wont order anything else from this company

If there was a minus 5 stars I would have picked it. Ordered dog mask on 5/3/20. Hasn't even shipped yet. Tried to cancel order they said, they couldn't cancel and my expected ship date is 06/03/20. REALLY???? Scammers dont waste you hard earned money

Kathy Zotto Thay took my money fast out of my account I am still waiting for my mask since May52020.What kind of company is this ,thay use covid as a reason for slow delivery .I have received lots of packages from all over and thay came on time.I am about ready to put in a full complaint to the BBB about this company .The last time I call was told in five days well that has past.If you can make good on a order don't take it .I am beyond livid

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered masks on 4/24 and have not received them. They don't respond to emails, can't access chat, and phone calls don't go through. Guess I'm out the money I spent on them! People who run businesses like this should go to jail.

Still waiting for an order that was placed on 5/3/2020. Covid is an excuse of course. Covid is the reason I ordered the masks to begin with. Order has been processing for over a month and all updates are instigated by me. If an order is late the company should automatically update customers. Can’t review quality as I’ve not received my order!

I ordered the mask on April 26th. I still have not received it. All the emails I sent said in production. They did refund 50% to my credit card. This was to be a birthday gift for my husband. I guess he’ll have to wait until next year. Had I read all the reviews before ordering, I wouldn’t have ordered!Don’

After reading all of the complaints, mine is no different. Their website/facebook feature products that I love and would order however I am still waiting for my first order and I think I'm going 2 months! I was told it would be shipped on 5/26 and on 5/30 it still had not shipped. Sent them emails in June and still not made. I hope that people will learn from these reviews and NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am waiting for it to show up again on FACEBOOK so I can caution and tell people of my experience. So unfortunate when their advertising shows great products.

Ordered two masks on 4/27, charged my card immediately. Website says 5-15 business days as 14-21 business days. I’ve been waiting over 30 business days now. Requested two updates via email - one came with no ship date (useless), the second came with a ship date in the past. (More useless.). Worst company to deal with...talk about capitalizing on a pandemic.
