Received my pitbull face mask, and not very delighted with it. There is liner, one piece of material, and not very sturdy. I wore the mask one time, and it was so tight (adult order) couldn't wear it for longer than 10 minutes. When I tried to stretch it, the elastic broke from the side of the material. Needless to say, will not buy any other product from this company. This is my 7th mask I have purchased from companies, and this is truly one of the worst products I have received.

I received my shirt today , it's a perfect fit and colorful printing. Shipping was slow but I will order again.

I have received so many compliments on how cute my mask is. I love it great product and comfortable.

I ordered my second order of face masks with a Pitbull on them when people I knew saw my first order of masks I decided to order the 2nd set of 3 masks For them

I never received the boxer face mask I ordered on 5/5/20!

Ordered May 1, it is now June 29 and no mask. When I look on the website it has said printing for about a month. When I call I get a recording saying it will be shipped in 5 days. It has been saying that for a month. Terrible experience!

I ordered two mask about two months ago. Finally received only one today in the mail. They were two grey hound one's.

I ordered 2 masks on April 25 and as of today June 27,2020 I have NOT received my order..according to the website, they havent even shipped..They have refunded some money, & they have been paid....I would just really like my order..

I have been waiting almost two months for 2 dog masks
There's no way to email them, no way to talk to a person, I'm trying to cancel my order, I think this is a crock of crap every time I call they say 5 business days, five business days ,this is been going on for the last 7 weeks I'm just going to dispute it with my bank that's the only way! I've been reading some of the reviews on how long people have been waiting and it just seems funny that you can't talk to a person or send an email I'm disappointed in this company and will never ever order from them again!!!!!!!!!! 🤬 I really wanted them masks!

Been waiting a month for 1 mask company says there in IN. order 2 mask from a different company got the mask in 6 days

I ordered three masks with dog faces on April 26, 2020. I knew the virus would slow production down. However, it is now June 24, 2020 and I still do not have my masks ($47.00). I have opened a request for a refund on their site, I have dialed the phone number and I tried to reply to the email they sent me with an alleged tracking number but it bounces back from my buddy Mailer Daemon. No human to speak to and NO WAY to send an email that does not populate with preselected fields (return, track, etc...). When I asked for a refund, they told me that it was denied because my masks had been delivered. Guess who never got a package ...

They took twice the time to print and deliver. Final product is tight on my face and there is no way to adjust or replace the elastic bands since elastic seen into seam. I'm going to have to figure out how I can fix these. Else total waste of money.

I ordered my masks May 8 and I am still waiting. I finally was able to online chat since I could not contact them any other way, since i did not have an order number. I was told that The mask just now went into printing process. Really?? 6 weeks and just now getting printed. Won't ever be ordering from them again. We will see if I ever get the items i ordered and will I even still need them when or if they ever arrive.

very disappointed in the two masks that I received. It definitely was not worth $32. The top of the ears were cut off of the puppies. And the one mask looked nothing like the one online. It was supposed to be busting through material or something. And it look nothing like that.

I ordered a mask May 7th, still hasn't arrived. I wrote customer service and they refunded half the cost of the mask. Swell but where is the mask? They can't use Covid-19 as an excuse! Covid-19 is the reason I ordered the mask! This company is a sham.

Took over 4 wks to receive and the head of the dog is skimmed off and the inside of the mask has the barcode of the material as the trim. Not pleased to give as a gift nor wear if it was for me. If you’re going to advertise with a picture centered then it should be pretty much the same when received or you cut another piece of material.

I ordered one face mask on April 30. I wrote several emails and always an apology and a promise of shipping in the next 5 days. They refunded half of my cost and two days later the remainder after I threatened reporting them to the BBB, which I did and requested a refund. I finally received the mask today, June 17th, six weeks later. It’s too small😡

Ordered a t-shirt and 2 masks 5/19/2020 with a shipping schedule of 5 to 15 business days and that items are on the shelf. The t-shirt was shipped 3 days after ordering, but the masks have not shipped after 4 weeks. Customer service rep responds promptly to e-mails, but provides no additional updates and says that I can't cancel the order because it has processed.
