Been waiting for SIX weeks. Response is "We're Sorry" blah, blah. Refuse to Cancel order saying it is in "Production" --- FOR SIX WEEKS? It's ONE item. Would not do business with them again. Offered to credit 30% but, refused to Cancel.

UPDATE: Had my Credit Card company dispute the claim and credit my account. Today got an email from Frvlove that they understood my "frustration" and would not dispute the credit back to my account.

I ordered a Tshirt and masks on 5/1. I added on a tshirt for $19.99 and it separated out the orders so I paid shipping twice when I should’ve gotten free shipping for having an order over $80 total. The tshirts arrived 6/9 but I still don’t have the masks. I emailed the company about the computer “glitch” and they were not helpful. I would not order from this company again. The shirts are cute but not worth it!

Ordered 2 mask 4-20-2020have not received them yet (6-10-2020).
This seams normal for this company. Take your money and not to deliver.

I ordered my mask 3/1/20 received it 6/8/20 Covid19 or not it’s unacceptable

Poor service over two months masks arrived in poor condition. Not well made. Sent half the order wrong. Attempted to phone not able to reach them.

Going on almost 2 months since I ordered mask. This company is absolutely awful... Never received them and Of course they won’t give me a refund. I have seen Soooo many complaints Against this company (also known as Teechip) on Facebook. It’s unreal that that they have scammed this many people. There’s a case action suit people are trying to get together against this place. Look it up on Facebook. And Once again it’s has ZERO to do with “patience” but being scammed out of money. File complaints with your Attorney General is what I advise and also with the BBB. This place needs to be shut down for good!

I have been waiting 5 weeks for a mask. The got my money right away. Now they don’t “recognize “ my email or my order number!

I ordered 3 T-shirts about 2 months ago. I received ONE of them. after about 2 weeks of waiting....however, they did not WAIT to charge my credit card....came out immediately. I was not able to get an actual response to my e-mailed inquiry regarding my order. electronic GENERIC....blaming the corona 19 virus for the "delay". I'm still waiting....I've still heard NOTHING about the remainder of my order. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I ordered those T-shirts WELL IN ADVANCE of family birthdays, for which the shirts were to be their gifts. After June 15, 2020, I'll have NO NEED for these shirts. And I will instruct my credit card company to withdraw their payment to this company. I'm a HUGE PET LOVER, and I was so thrilled to find this company thru ads while playing facebook games....so far, I'm SERIOUSLY NOT IMPRESSED....THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Love my T-Shirts, although it took more than 21 days to receive, Also ordered two face masks same day May 5th and have not received.

I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH FRVLOVE SEVEAL TIMES. FIRST I WOULD GET AUTOMACTIC REPLYS, THEN I EMAIL AND ASK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FINE MY ORDER, UNTIL I GAVE THEM ALL 3 ORDER NUMBERS. THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WHERE PRINTING THEM! REALLY????THEN I EMAIL AGAIN, WAS GIVEN TRACKING NUMBERS, HALF THE TIME YOU GET CAN'T FIND YOUR ORDER THE OTHER HALF YOU GET YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESS.
HOW DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THE ORDER IS BEING PROCESS. I ORDER THE MASK MAY 28TH IT IS NOW JUNE 6 STILL NO MASK.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FRVLOVE YOU WILL GET A CHARGE AND NO MASK!! NEXT STEP IS TO TURN THEM INTO MY BANK AND BBB.

I have ordered a face mask at the End of April. Due to COVID-19 and a probably higher order demand in face masks I figured some delays. When checking on my Order it never sent a response to my email. Checking it again, it stated order number can NOT be found. When canceling my order it now recognized the order number, but would not recognize or except the email address the order was placed under! Very fraudulent Website and very shameful to take advantage of people during a Pandemic!

I ordered 2 face masks on April 24th & just received them. Very happy with them. I think this company is out of the USA so that could be the delay. Need to br patience

Ordered 2 masks on May 1, 2020, still have not received so tried to contact company you only get a recording and no option to talk to rep. The message repeatably tells you they are behind on orders due to covid19...tried again today same recording just says order will be shipped in 5 days........It is June 5, 2020 today still no masks. I am not one to be scammed or at least I thought so...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I unfortunately placed a order on may 4th for 3 masks. was told 3 weeks later they were getting ready to ship... yay! 1 week later. They were printing them... what?? I tried to contact the company.. ha.. no way.. you will receive a message "were working on your order! Hello... it's now june 5th. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... I have NEVER BEEN SOOO JADED ABOUT A COMPANY... TILL NOW!! NO customer service, no help... Please dont buy from a Shady co. I've never complained about a company before... this one!! Omg.. I cant believe I've been taken advantage of in a time of need!! Enough said! So much for FRVLOVE... TERRIBLE.. just 3 masks!! Hmmm... I guess it takes a non existent village to fill orders!! 😂

I wish there was a "zero" star

Ordered 3 Pug masks on May 3rd. Status had never changed from PRINTING.
Sent an e mail asking why it was taking so much longer than the 14-21 business days. No reply. Today, I look at bank statement and I was credited the price of 1 mask. Went to the website to check and apparently it has been canceled....Not by me! Therefore, I now have no Order # in which to inquire either on line or phone.
They were sure not hesitant about taking ALL of the $ immediately, but I get credit for 1?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am convinced the good reviews must be written by company members as the whole site is a con. Its not quality goods. Ordered a T-shirt and received and first wash literally all the paint job on the front practically disintigrated so if you want shoddy goods please feel free to shop here!

Loving dogs sends me to your site for gifts and for myself. You have a great variety of items and know there is all breeds and colors in them. The novelty cup I ordered was just perfect in size and color for a gift. The new doggie parents and siblings got it and just loved it. Keep up the good work. Thanks for being there.

This company is a Fraud......Placed an order, masks, on April 26th and still waiting......My own fault for not looking at reviews before placing my order.....Buyer Beware....

I havent received my masks yet. Ordered April 25 said they will be sent. May 26. Its June 3rd no masks. My daughter Nicole was in ICU for 2 weeks on March during Corona virus. She is delicate so needs to wear a mask for Dr..appts. keeping her safe. Upset she has French Bulldog so thought cute for her to wear something fun.
