Great products, bought a 3 piece living room set, kitchen table and display cabinet. All great quality and look fantastic

Do not go near this firm the after sales service along with the product which in my case was a TV unit was shocking

This is our second purchase from Furneo, 3 years ago we purchased a Clifton TV stand and were very impressed with the style and quality, so when we needed some more storage space we looked at Furneo again, where we were impressed to find the Clifton range still available, so we ordered a the side board to match. It was delivered quickly, well packed and went together perfectly and relatively easy with pretty good instructions. The quality is brilliant (our 3 year old TV stand still looks like new). The build quality is fantastic, and its clear its not Chinese rubbish which so many retailers sell nowadays. Should we need any other furniture, Furneo will be our first place to look, and I'm sure if we need anything from the Clifton range in few years time, it will probably still be available (again, unlike many retailers with yearly stock rotation or when it's gone it's gone attitude).

Beautiful dining table and unbeatable customer service from the lovely Lucy. Had an issue with a part that arrived damaged, sent a photo and I had part 2 days later sent from UK to Ireland. Excellent communication all the way, other companies could take training from their customer support

The items purchased lived up to expectations, this is the second white radiator cover, having purchased a larger one to go in the same room, this smaller one is also in the same room this finishes the room off perfectly.

The service from this company has been superb from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout to order process to delivery. A damaged part was reported and new part received by 08.15 a.m. next day. Looks good too.

The items were well packed and protected and they were not damaged in any way.

However I do think that too much polystyrene has been used and some form of cardboard protection could have been used.

Good quality table. Arrived on time. Took around 2 hours to build. No issues. Really pleased with the end result

Unless you’re in a ground floor dwelling, they will not deliver to your door- you need to know this! I ordered a £240 tv unit, two men apparently delivered it and left it at the bottom of my stair (I’m a first floor flat). I’m flummoxed as to how I was supposed to get it upstairs by myself when 2 men needed to get it out the van. When I complained, I was told I’d have to pay for returning the item.

The condition on the boxes my furniture got delivered is was absolutely disgusting and looks as it it’s been re wrapped 6 times and chewed by a dog

We still have not received are items,had no update since I placed my order. I ordered from yourself as your delivery was quicker but im guessing this isn't the case

The TV unit is beautiful and we are very pleased with how it looks now that it is assembled.
A few issues however -
- individual pieces were not labelled/numbered which caused confusion a few times and definitely slowed the build process down a fair bit.
- screws etc were not labelled either. All pieces were identified by comparing against the instructions which weren't always clear or good.

- when screwing in the back panel support pieces, the screws provided for this actually pierced right through the back into the cupboard floor areas as they were too large I think.
This looks bad, but the damage can't be seen with the cupboards closed at least.

- poor instructions in general, and we are experienced with flat pack furniture.
- I'd advise anyone to have 2 people minimum for any of this kind of flat pack.

Bought an item via Amazon, which arrived damaged. Followed the returns process as instructed by Amazon, but this company refuses to answer their phone, the live chat is none existent and they don't follow the path as laid out by Amazon for returns. Currently £250.00 out of pocket with an item not fit for purpose and no clear means of returning it and getting a refund.

Disgusting way to run a business.
