We still have not received are items,had no update since I placed my order. I ordered from yourself as your delivery was quicker but im guessing this isn't the case

Beautiful TV unit. Poor instructions.

The TV unit is beautiful and we are very pleased with how it looks now that it is assembled.
A few issues however -
- individual pieces were not labelled/numbered which caused confusion a few times and definitely slowed the build process down a fair bit.
- screws etc were not labelled either. All pieces were identified by comparing against the instructions which weren't always clear or good.

- when screwing in the back panel support pieces, the screws provided for this actually pierced right through the back into the cupboard floor areas as they were too large I think.
This looks bad, but the damage can't be seen with the cupboards closed at least.

- poor instructions in general, and we are experienced with flat pack furniture.
- I'd advise anyone to have 2 people minimum for any of this kind of flat pack.

Absolutely no customer service

Bought an item via Amazon, which arrived damaged. Followed the returns process as instructed by Amazon, but this company refuses to answer their phone, the live chat is none existent and they don't follow the path as laid out by Amazon for returns. Currently £250.00 out of pocket with an item not fit for purpose and no clear means of returning it and getting a refund.

Disgusting way to run a business.

Purchasing and delivery was…

Purchasing and delivery was satisfactory but it was a difficult to identify the individual boxes. It would be great if all the items in the boxes were numbered ( unfortunately several items in the boxes were not it become a jigsaw puzzle ) it would help when assembly them.

Brilliant company to deal with

This is the third radiator cover we have bought from Furneo.
Great delivery & well wrapped. We love the look of these radiator covers & the fact they have shiny tops together with some of the front parts. They look very smart.

Lack of co operation

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. We received the unit very promptly, so I can say delivery was a positive experience. It was packaged very securely and well-protected inside, so I was quite confident we were going unravel a perfectly intact product. As we opened the packaging - which was taped up so much we had to slice it alot resulting in the material being unusable and the cardboard also peeled and shredded as it opened, we noticed the corners of the unit were dented and damaged. I can't say for sure, but I cannot see from how they packaged it that the damage happened in transit. The note inside stated to email them if we have any queries etc, so we did quoting the numbers labelled on the panels and sent pictures, so they can exchange them and packed them back up in the original material that we managed to salvage. We received a response asking for more detailed pictures of the whole panel as well as the damage.
Highly frustrated we had to unpack it, take more pictures and send, only to receive another message stating they don't have any more replacements for this unit, despite the fact we could see they still had units in stock and offered a £40 discount... I obviously refused and initiated a return. Then I was offered £50, which again I declined. At this point I didn't have any faith in this company and wanted rid of the whole lot so I can spend elsewhere. We packaged everything up adding pallet wrap as an added measure of secruity. The courier refused the collection and told us he can't take it with pallet wrap, so we offered to remove it. Then he said its too heavy and told us to ring the company back to arrange collection another time and resolve the 'issues'. We googled Furneo contact number 01763 258654. No answer. Lucy from Furneo advised me the weight was not an issue and that the pallet wrap needs removing. I stated I'd already offered to do it! I asked for another collection and she told me I now have to drop it off at parcelforce. I live 40 minutes away, with no van and a 4 month old baby. I pretty much demanded she arrange collection and she started throwing policies at me which aren't even on their website. I had to seek professional advice, which they kept undermining and basically did not care that I was a dissatisfied, inconvenienced customer that received a FAULTY/ DAMAGED product. I finally asked ebay to step in and they were outstanding. Where I was at the brink of breaking down thinking I was going to lose nearly £400, they assured me they would help and within minutes Furneo responded offering a collection date. Im sorry to say that the response time from the company is very prompt, however the customer service is very poor and Lucy's attitude towards this case was totally unjust. Never ever am I purchasing something like that online again. The company’s website doesn't quite state the same as what I have been told by them through email, so I shall not be purchasing from them any longer. I can't put into words how much stress they have caused unnecessarily.
