Mark Sumner provided invaluable help and advice regarding the renewal of our business electricity supply contract. We initially spoke on Friday evening and the new contract was agreed and signed by early Monday afternoon. He is excellent to deal with and very clear in all his communications. He actually stood out to me even as I was gathering other quotes. He's always been patient with me, really reassuring and never instilled the fear in me with increasing rates (unlike other providers who just wanted me to sign there and then). When the time was right, I went back to Mark because I felt like what he was offering me was transparent and clear.
