Wow! Sold Gadget Salvation 5 devices that were in new condition. They took a week to evaluate and nickel and dimed the promised price to less than half. Sold a similar device to goroostr dot com and they gave me their promised price. Gadget Salvation is a scam. Only rating one star because negative stars were not an option.

Their determination of the "condition" of your phone\laptop is somewhat dubious. I feel like they entice you in with promises of $ and once they have that they go "oh not so great, we found this or that", some which was never an issue. Then they low ball you. Not too thrilled.

Easy, quick and accurate. I had a Macbook 2016 with a failing hard drive. I was told by Apple that it was an issue with the logic board, my warranty had just expired so the repair was ridiculously expensive, not worth fixing so I decided to sell it and upgrade . I sent it to Gadget Salvation after looking for different quotes, and researching different sites. I got paid $561 which was the initial quote. Received the payment through Venmo after 6 days. I definitely recommend Gadget Salvation!

This company isnt what they claim to be! Sounds good but couldn't keep their word if they tried!, They make claims and quotes on devices then make bullsh*t made up reasons or excuses as to why the quote they initial gave the customer isn't what they'll be receiving. IE: I sent them a functioning z book which they quoted a price to pay me of $198. Now they say it doesn't work and offered me $12. Ha! Do yourselves a favor and stick with gazelle, they have a much more reliable track record!

Update due to reply, you can paint the picture anyway you like. But the fact that your saying it's completely dead and has missing keys shows me your statement is untrue or ur calling me a liar. Neither are okay. Therefore I'm going to stick with my original review.
As far as gazelle goes. Their advertising played no role, what did is the fact that every quote they gave me was exactly what they paid me or higher ! Not to mention they process the equipment much faster as well. Thx!

Once your item is received and tested, Gadget Salvation will notify you and tell you how much your item is valued after verification. I receive a check by mail in the next few days, I received the full quote. I highly recommend this site.

This guys are thieves man for real. I sent them a brand new laptop and they give me an ok estimate, I then sent them the laptop and they come up with some BS, saying the battery isnt working and its shows signs of wear and something else. My laptop never even got on da internet. well they ended up dropping the price almost a 80 bucks WTEeF!!!! They were like u can have it back just pay the shipping, THEIVES, knowing that people are not going to want to pay 50 60 bucks to get it back. Dont give these things ur stuff just donate it or give it to fam. member.
