Easy to order.Good plants. delivered quickly.

Bought loads of pro plug plants all grown well just started to plant them out.

I’ll know better in future that when you start offering a buy 60 get 60 free what you mean is that we’ve got too many in stock and can’t sell them by which time they have grown too much and are just a tangled mess. Very very poor quality plant. Really disappointed given the previous orders I’ve received before.

The plants were dry when delivered . The begonias were very poorly 50% survived . Others ok . Disappointing

Products are good quality, and when there were issues with the order (courier damaged plants badly, incorrect number of items sent), replacements were sent out very quickly.
Will certainly use again.

Got what I needed

As per my complaint to the company, the begonias were received in a poor state. Despite the carton bearing an arrow indicating "upright", the carton was left on its side. When the carton was opened, the plants looked frail & leggy. I needed all 40 of the plants, but only 39 were delivered, & despite my best efforts, I don't believe all of these will survive.
When I pointed this service failure to the company, they said they were too busy to address this complaint.

Just easy to order and look through what is on offer

There was a bit of a mix up in the order, but it was satisfactorily sorted out. The plugs arrived and, I have to say I’ve often had plugs arrive in the post over the years, but these were the freshest and healthiest I’ve ever had. Very good!

The plants arrived on time in good condition

Well it’s easy to do . to get the plants you want. my husband is the one that usually gets them ordered as he is the gardener so all round it makes life easier. quality as well.

Very disappointed with my plants, a lot of the leaves had dropped of, they where bone dry and I have planted them up and hoping they survive I think I might save 1 out of 5 would not order again
