Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry for the confusion and concern this situation caused.

To clarify, the underlying genetic data and laboratory analysis were correct at all times. The issue arose because multiple test barcodes were activated under the same email address at the point of registration by your provider. This duplicate activation created a system conflict, which resulted in a display error showing “genotype not found” within the report.

Importantly, this did not affect the laboratory processing or your genetic results in any way. Once the duplicate activation was identified and resolved, the system refreshed and correctly displayed your original lab-verified data and results.

We completely understand how unsettling this must have felt. When it comes to genetic information, clarity and confidence are essential, and we sincerely apologise if the explanation did not reach you directly at the time.
