She was fab helped me understand all the jargon & my genetics requirements 10 out of 10.

Great speedy results! The real highlight was having Nomsa talk me through the results as I found the text quite overwhelming and hard to understand (science has never been my strong point!) Would highly recommend!

Oh wow!!
Well there are not enough words in my vocabulary to explain how amazing and friendly and passionate these people and this company are? 💯🥰.
So I had a DNA test done a short while ago and it's blown me away of the amount of information that has been fed back to me some of it always aware of some of it I was not aware of I did the methylation which is basically to see what your body may be deficient in so you know to definitely supplement for that or it will give you the right foods etc to have and one's not to have.
And I also did a nutrition test which again is just blowing me away of how thorough it is there's so much information, so I've been formed about some of the things that are really good that I do eat and some of the things I do eat that I know I shouldn't definitely shouldn't but it's just nice to have that back up and yeah obviously we all need to eat healthier especially in this day and age but to know which foods my body definitely needs is just so helpful.
Service different levels of the test from a basic to maybe about five levels where you'll just be given so much information it almost feels like you'll have to do a small college course to understand all but wait a minute don't worry because you can have a video call with them and they will talk you through it all plus you can email them with any other questions so it really is so helpful they do have vitamins supplements, ones you want or the ones that your body is deficient in or you can at least find out which ones you need and then you can get them from this company or another company but at least with this company they've been methylated which means your body absorbs them 98% whereas maybe taking a capsule you might not get the whole thing could be 20% could be 80% etc.
They also do in part of one of the tests not only nutrition but sleep stress fitness whole range of things so it's worth checking them out and there are a lot cheaper than some of the other companies it's been going about a year. And the gentleman who started it used to be a thinking athlete in the Olympics and so they were doing minor tests like this on him years ago as a decades he's done other things and has now started up his own company and I'm really glad it's about I've already bought some for family members oh and I forgot to mention whether you watch Gary brecker or Andrew huberman or other people like that sometimes whether you have anxiety or maybe a mental illness or other physical ailments a lot of that can be put right by supplement for the right nutrition or deficiency we might have so honestly it's a one-off test yet that's right a one-off test you only have to do it once in your lifetime so it's so worth it.
Plus I've had an email saying that they do test bloods and stuff so they can find out so much about you so that you can conquer anything that's defeating you.
Anyway I'm only a customer don't work for them but as far as I'm aware everything I have said has been 100% true to my ability of knowledge.

Excellent product and service !
Very easy instructions to follow done in a matter of fact way. Whole process was seamless.
Results in around 10 days, very comprehensive with extremely useful advice. Been having stomach issues for a while after being prescribed lanzaprozol and having a endoscopy. It's a great way of investigating what going on 'inside'.

Hopefully this test will have helped me to get to the root of many decades of 'on and off' health issues. I already suspected certain causes and supplement for them so this was a wave of relief that I had been correct. This has explained everything so clearly that I now have much better understanding how my body works (which is different to most of the population). The follow up videocall explained all the bits I didn't understand in my report and gave me much more in depth information on my genetic predispositions and what I could do to improve my health outcomes. I will be acting on all the recommendations.

My daughter has suffered from fatigue, eczema, mouth sores at times and tingling for the last 6 years. we have had numerous tests, gp visits and private gp visits and have struggled to find any lasting solution. Ordering the stride test has been amazing and we are so glad that we followed up with a nutritionist appointment with a wonderful lady called Noma Mokoena who helped us to piece the report together and explain what was causing Ava's ongoing fatigue. My daughter is already feeling much better with the personalised supplements which she started in December and I feel the advice and what we can increase will help us further to get her health on track. I can't thank you enough Stride and Mokoena. I've had my test and we'll be back to have my husband's and other daughter's test very soon.
