I just like you who is reading this now was unsure about spending the money for the methylation test. I did a lot of research and decided to go for stride and wow I was NOT disappointed.

The process of sending of your results was easy to do and had simple steps to follow. I then received my results only 6 days later which was well in there time frame. I read my results and had some idea of what I then needed to do, to support this I then reached out to the Stride via email, they replied quickly and I made a consultation to review my results.

This consultation was amazing , they went into deep detail about everything I needed to know and couldn’t do enough to help me and guide me on the right direction. I was extremely happy with how my consultation went.

If you are reading this and you are unsure if it’s scam or it’s not going to be any real use , believe me I was the same and in ur shoes, and now I’m so glad I decided to do it , it has changed my life and diet for the better.

I had a great experience with Stride. The testing process was straightforward, and I received my results on schedule. I recently took the DNA Methylation test and was eager to gain deeper insights into how my body functions. The experience surpassed my expectations, particularly the one-on-one session with Dietician Aletia. She provided excellent advice without any sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated.

The test results were quite revealing—some of the findings were surprising, while others made perfect sense and connected a lot of dots for me. The information I received was comprehensive and empowering, giving me the knowledge I needed to start making positive lifestyle changes.

I chose to go with the Optimal Health plan, and I couldn't be happier with the direction it has set me on. Overall, this has been a very informative and impactful experience.

I purchased the Methylation and Nutrition DNA test from Getstride, hoping for a personalized vitamin solution based on my DNA results. Unfortunately, I found the vitamins to be very generic, with no real personalization apart from the option to choose three additional supplements. The daily vitamin shot provides much lower doses than what my DNA results suggested I need. On top of that, the taste is incredibly sweet, like drinking concentrated sugar, and the ingredients are full of chemicals and fillers, which my body struggles to process.

After taking the vitamins, I saw no improvement and instead started going to the bathroom 3-4 times a day. My wife, who also tried them, experienced stomach pain and had to stop. This product is misleading, not truly personalized, and just a poor-quality vitamin supplement. It's a shame I wasted money on a 3-month supply. The methylation DNA test results also recommended unnecessary supplements like folate, which I didn’t even need. I do not recommend this product at all.

These tests are amazing and so very detailed. I'm now excited to have a consultation to discuss the best way forward for me. I have asked if there is a fee for this service, but am still waiting for a response.

I cannot wait for my results.

As a medical professional, I am impressed with Stride and its DNA methylation test kit. I purchased the kit mainly due to having Multiple Sclerosis to find out the cause of my disease. Now that I have my results from Stride, I have learnt I have deficiencies in multiple areas that I would have never known about had I not taken the Stride DNA test. It amazes me, in the 21st century, that the NHS does not facilitate these tests before administering pointless, poisonous and toxic medications. Thank you, Stride!
