Another questionable experience
Another questionable experience with Giftcash. I have been waiting for almost a month now. I was told it would be done in 15 days. 2 customer support tickets and still nothing but generic replies. Order GA-76122-313720. Hopefully it comes soon or I will need to escalate.

This company is incompetent, they say they’ll pay us out in 15 days max but it’s been 4 weeks for me it says approved still have received no payment, customer service is incompetent no one to actually contact, only leaving a review because they spam you with review request so here I am

Not a scam
Not a scam, wasn't planning on leaving a review but since they send a million emails requesting one. Here's another 3 star review saying the same thing. Wait time is insanely long. They tell you 5-15 business days which is a big range. Then after about 12 business days I got an email saying fulfilled. That just means they finally sent the ACH, takes another 3-5 business days for that to hit bank. So all in all you have to sweat out for a month debating on if it's a scam or not. Once you're at peace that you might have been scammed, a month later the money hits and you realize its not a scam but just an outrageously long process for a gift card that is worth 100 dollars or whatever amount you're selling.

On March 6th, I submitted an order to sell a gift card (Order ID: GA-3E51C-313811). I was initially told that payouts typically take 5-10 business days. As that window passed with no payment, I reached out to customer service multiple times.They responded each time, but contacting them didn't speed things up or resolve the issue. After my most recent follow-up, I was told the payout could now take up to 15 business days. This feels like the company is simply extending the timeline to suit their convenience, rather than providing a reliable estimate upfront.Their official FAQ states 5-10 business days (with some retailers up to 30 days), but experiences like mine — and many others I've seen — suggest delays often exceed the advertised window, leading to frustration and uncertainty.Customer service is responsive in messages, but the lack of progress on the transaction itself is disappointing. I'm still waiting for my funds and will update this review once (or if) the payout finally arrives.If you're considering selling gift cards here for quick cash, be very wary — especially if you need the money within a specific timeframe. Other platforms may offer more consistent processing times. I'll update when resolved.

Scam alert! Gift Cash Is Broke!
Scam alert! I wasn't paid out for 22 business days and not until I got a hold of BBB and submitted a complaint was I paid. I am warning you to not use this website to sell your gift cards! They took 22 business days to finally pay out one of my gift cards I submitted. On top of that I magically lost the $250 gift card e gift card for home Depot but the funny thing is GiftCash is the only company or person that had my gift card number but yet they didn't take my money lol right! (Sarcasm)

GiftCash gave me the highest price I found for an unwanted gift card and fulfilled the expectation to process payment in 5-15 business days (it did take the full 15). I received the funds in my bank account today via ACH (three business days after processing).

OMG this site is pure suspect
OMG, I should’ve read these reviews before I made the decision. To get into bed with this company. What I thought would’ve been a simple process has turned into pure sorcery. After weeks of waiting and affer contacting them twice and being told that my payment will process within a few days both those times I get an email today telling me I need to change my payment method and get my payout in the next batch within a few more “business days”… in the meantime they have taken my gift card info and taken my time and patience for granted. I do not recommend this company to anyone hoping to go through a seamless process to see a simple “gift card”. They definitely chose the right name for this platform “giftcash” because this is apparently what they are expecting to gain from us looking to sell a gift card, FREE CASH/ GIFT CASH
P.S. and now they send me a message here asking me to provide info that I’ve provided directly to them multiple times on their platform and texts directly. Don’t be fooled by the response yall. They are just trying to make it look like they are providing a service while doing what they do in the background. I still haven’t got my money sent to my account

Never got a response from customer service from any of my emails over 15 days until it said that I the payouts been taken care of still two days after that and have not received anything. Still no answer for customer service he was funny is they’re asking me to write a review about my experience with their customer service and I’ve never even heard from him. That’s the truth.

I know they said 5 to 15 days for payment but it's already been 15 days and no payment. The last I heard was it was accepted and was in queue for payout. I had other cards to try but I wanted to try just one to see how everything worked out first. I was hoping they would be faster then 15 days but I seen where other people waited a month. I hope that is not the case but we will wait and see. Updated: They sent me an email today saying my order was changed from processing to fulfilled now now we will just see how long it takes for the money to hit my account.
