Bought a gini London bikini online via the matalan website- nothing wrong with it (lovely bikini) sadly it just wasn't for me. Return policy was easy to follow as had to return to gini London, not matalan. Customer service was excellent- replied promptly to emails and when there was delay due to matalan refunding, they sorted it quickly for me.

I received a gorgeous co-ord shorts set from this company. It was absolutely lovely and great quality but had to return as the elastic in the arms was a bit tight around my fat arms.
I didn't receive a refund so emailed them to enquire sending my receipt of postage, this was sent last night (Friday) and received a message back from Jini this morning who was super efficient and processed my refund straight away, they hadn't received my parcel but refunded as proof of postage through royal mail.
I am very impressed with this efficiency, it was so nice to not have to battle to get my refund unlike Debenhams who I've stopped buying from as every single time I returned something it was a real battle and very stressful trying to sort out, so very well done ginny London I will definitely buy from you again and thank you for the stress free experience

Bought items through another company. Wanting a return due to fit (lovely products. Just didn’t fit my postpartum body). Customer services very helpful in assisting my return and refund. Process was just quite lengthy

I bought a dress a while ago and was then unwell. By the time I was better I had lost weight so it was too big but I was outside of the return window. I emailed customer care and had a response within one day agreeing to a return and exchange for a smaller size. The dress is beautiful and the customer service even better, especially in an age where actually being able to get through to a human is often difficult.
Would highly recommend this company.

I’d been admiring a dress on Gini London Facebook page for a while but have always been wary of ordering in case not legitimate. I liked the dress so much that I decided to chance it.

My order should have been received within a few days but wasn’t. A follow up email with Gini London quickly resolved the issue, replacement dress was sent and I received it within a few days.

The dress is lovely. Material is good quality, and true to size. Will probably be my favourite go to dress.

Excellent customer service provided by Jiya. Two dresses, although beautiful were far too long, returned them but they hadn’t arrived, once I shared my receipts from posting them, refund was organised within 24 hours.

I had reason to deal with customer services concerning a return. My online query was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was entirely happy with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Bought a beautiful dress via Debenhams, much nicer in real life than in photos and amazing quality. I had notice a labelling mistake which didn't affect my purchase but thought it should be passed on. They responded immediately and were thankful for the information. I will definitely purchase again.

Jiya from customer service was especially helpful. Always very polite and prompt with responses.

I ordered three beautiful dresses from Gina, however, they were all too long for my 5’2” frame and so I packaged them up and returned them. I had paid for them via Klarna, with an arrangement of 3 instalments, the first payment taken out immediately. I noticed that the second payment was due to come out even though I had returned the dresses, so I notified Klarna, who paused the payment. I then contacted Gina, as some time had gone by since the package had been returned via Royal Mail. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the next morning confirming the return and an immediate refund. This was dealt with by Jiya, who was very pleasant and apologetic.

I ordered a skirt which never arrived I contacted Gini London who did refund me and said that item is no longer in stock, but it is still showing as available on the website.
They tried to blame courier but the tracking said that the courier was awaiting the item from Gini London.
Total waste of time, will avoid this company in future.

I ordered a Gini London dress via Debenhams but received the wrong size. Dealing with Debenhams customer service to resolve this was a slow and tortuous process. I contacted Gini London’s customer service team and got a comprehensive and prompt response from Jiya who confirmed the correct size had been dispatched and indeed it was delivered later the same day. Next time I’ll avoid the middle man and go to Gini London direct.

I ordered 3 Gini London dresses through Matalan. Unfortunately, none of them suited me so I decided to return them. I assumed, I'd be able to return them to Matalan but they don't accept returns so I returned them to Gini London. After nearly a month, I have finally received my refund. Jiya (customer services ) was extremely helpful, she responded to my emails quickly and dealt with this as best she could, however, due to the length of time it took to get my money back, I would be very hesitant to order from here again.

Helpful customer service staff. Order returned, no refund received, one email and this was resolved within 12 hours. Great service.

I ordered two dresses from this site and only one was in the package, so I got in touch with customer service and I am so happy with how quick they got back to me and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service thank you so much.

I wanted to return the only two dresses I ordered from this company. I requested to do this as instructed on their website but never received anything back. I emailed three times to different email addresses, I also sent a copy of the tracking details but I still have not received any reply or of course my refund. I will not being using them again and I don't recommend them. Extremely unhappy with after sales service. #107421

This was my first time ordering from Gini London. I originally came across their products on the Matalan website, but decided to order directly from Gini London as they had a discount code available, whereas Matalan's promotion only applied to their own branded products.

When my order arrived, unfortunately two items were missing. The only contact method I could find was an email address, so I got in touch and received a very quick response. I must admit I was a little nervous at first because I only read the reviews after the issue occurred and couldn't find any other way to contact the company. That's actually one of the reasons I wanted to leave this review.

From the moment I emailed, Jiya provided nothing but outstanding 5-star customer service. She responded promptly, kept me updated, and arranged replacement items without any hassle. I genuinely could not have asked for better service.

I ordered two bikinis and I'm delighted with both of them. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly, and they look exactly as expected.

Based on both the product quality and the exceptional customer service I received, I would definitely order from Gini London again and would highly recommend them to others.

Selected Express Delivery at the checkout when placing my order 1 week ago. Till now the order still hasn't been delivered to me and and was only handed to the courier yesterday. Poor service.
