Jiya from customer services team helped me out with my returns process( which I had purchased via Debenhams). Very efficient, quick and professional. She sent me the returns label via email as I was struggling with getting one myself via the portal.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
I bought a black and white striped jumper from Gini London. Straight away, the black fluffed up and merged into the white - making the jumper look terrible and unwearable. Contacted Gini, but no response. Awful quality. Avoid.

The customer service was excellent even…
The customer service was excellent even though I used their "chat" service I was still communicating with a real person as opposed to automated answers. The person who I dealt with was Rae who was extremely helpful and a credit to the company. I would have given a five star review but unfortunately one of the items I received had a slight fault on it but in all fairness I received a refund without any problems thanks in part to Rae

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My item was lost in the post but a replacement top was issued to me within 24 hours. The top I bought fitted well and is cute on. I would use this company again.

Ordered two cardigans 12 Dec 2025, returned via Royal Mail tracked a few days later. Didn't get a refund by Feb, and left a review on the 3rd. I was contact by email and then quickly refund by 5 Feb. Thank you to Rae for reaching out and resolving the issue smoothly.

I had an issue with a refund that was part of a Dorothy Perkins order. After getting nowhere with DP customer service I emailed the issue straight away to Gini London and the issue was resolved in less than half an hour! Excellent service.

Excellent customer service. After receiving the incorrect item and receiving less than useful help from the third party company I ordered the Gini item from originally I reached out to Gini themselves. They have been great. They have undertaken to send me the correct item themselves despite it not being their error. Update: the jumper I ordered arrived and it is stunning. Beautiful quality. Thank you to Gini!

I had a great customer service experience. An item I'd ordered had not arrived due to loss in transit. Responded very quickly to my email and sent a replacement the same day. Item had been an impulse purchase from a sale, and I'd not had particularly high expectations, but the coat was beautiful and much better quality than the price suggested. Was very happy with my experience
