Good service products are as expected but without the original boxes.
Another remark is the delivery time to Europe and the customs duty paid (5.36 Euro on an order of $49.92, more than 11% of the value). Interesting also he products are made in Italy and reimported in Italy.

I ordered a Naked 2 palette and I received a fake one/ replica. I have contacted them via email and Instagram, but I never got an answer. A waste of money. I cannot recommend them. Really disappointing.

I had a good thing going with glambot. The customer service used to reply. I got upset at them since the day they sent me the wrong order. I ordered a toofaced unused concealer in Golden Beige but they gave me a used concealer in Golden which is 5 shades darker. I even asked them that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong one so please fix it. They never responded no matter how much I messaged them. They have no number either so this sucks for me really and it sucks for them too. They lost a product .. and got a bad review from their loyal customer who recommended them at one point.

I never received my order. I had to write so many times, I wrote on email, on instagram and never got a reply. Thankfully I paid with paypal and I submitted the case there and got my money back. But crazy how terrible company they are.

In my time of using the Glambot website, I've been fortunate to have received all my purchases. However, when I went to deactivate/delete my account as I no longer wished to use the service I was directed to their '' help '' email. I've contacted Glambot several times and requested my account be deleted. They've not responded to my requests. I find it infuriating to have a website without the option to opt out of the service. I'm very shocked and disgusted by how they're handling other people's orders and simply not shipping or refunding items. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken and all whom have been scammed will be reimbursed.

Beware of using the service and don't bother using the email as it's a dead end :(

This time I made 4 different orders, the first of the four arrived without any issue, shipping wasn't as fast as previous times but tracking was consistently updating throughout the month.
I purchased on September 10 (tracking info was updated on September 14th), and arrived on October 1.

Product was just as described 80% fill (actually barely swatched) and was 40% off with free shipping so overall a great deal.

I wasn't so lucky with the rest of my purchases but still planing on keep buying from Glambot.com.

Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails.
I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.

I don’t know what is happening with the store because that all my orders were sent before, late but were sent. And now Glambot combine my two orders #GLAM-

and gave one track 000000001755137. I've been waiting since July 28, now August 13. I have written them a lot of letters, tried to contact them via Facebook or Instagram, but they don’t respond. And my orders have not been sent yet, but the one order that was made after that has been sent. I'm in shock and don't know what to do. They don't cancel orders, and they don't ship them. Stop ignoring it!

The worst company!! Three of my orders are lost! I’ve been waiting since January.
I've emailed them several times, but got no answer. They don’t care about their customers!! I agree with the comment below: An absolute scam!!!

I mailed 29 items of high quality makeup. I had to pack it all up, shipping was free. They offered me $23!!! What a joke. Less than $1 per piece and they will sell most of them for $15 and up. SCAM

I ordered from Czech Republic and the package arrived really fast. The products were as new. Really nothing to complain about from my end! I saw many bad reviews and I got scared that my order will arrive late if at all, but my experience with Glambot has been nothing but positive.

Awful. It took about two months for them a receive my items. They took my items and didn’t pay me for them and they didn’t return them back to me. They stated I would have to pay for shipping to get my items back. Total waste of time and money.

Horrible company, sent a box full of items most of them new or barely used. It took them a few months of constant writing before they even looked at my items. Once they finally did the gave me almost nothing for the items and had the wrong count of the items I sent (way less than what I sent). I counted them before I mailed out. They are awful and and a complete scam.

I purchase items from this webite glambot, and spend nearly 346.74 US dollar. I order it on jan-feb, now its almost May I haven’t received my item. The track also stop until transit, never delivered shipped. Some of my items, the worst, not even have history track that already 1month+. How ridiculous this company! Ive try to email them, and dm instagram, and wanted to comment however they limited their message which make me more think this company is scam. Why would they limits their comment in ig? because no one public will read em? This is so frustating! I want my item or if you don’t shipped, i want full refund! Lets be fair. I wish i can show you my photo of their track history, not even update on where my item is! So sad! Ive trust you, but this is what they gave? And so iritating how they reply “our team will guide you bla bla help you” Where is your team? I’m not even received any email from them. Not even helpful! Noted: I will update again if still not arrived

A scam Do not waste your time sending products. I sent a very large box of high end cosmetics, over 50 items. Many new. Their offer was ridiculous. However, I elected to accept and told them I will never sell to them again. I wish I had donated the new items to friends.

I checked the site to view what customers were very being charged on the items I sent and was stunned.

Do not believe this is a ethical company.

I saw an ad for Glambot so I decided to give it a try. I hit up the $11.00 sale and bought Tarte Pro to Go Amazonian Clay eyeshadow palette, Tarte Amazonian Clay tinted powder in fair, Tarte Amazonian Clay stick foundation in fair beige, IT Cosmetics, Your Skin But Better airbrush perfecting powder in medium, and Laura Mercier lipstick in Extreme velour matte formula. It's all pretty much brand new. No sponge with the powder but I understand that. Better to have your own, obviously. It was a packaged up in bubble wrap and in a big padded envelope.
I checked everything out carefully and I am completely SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.
I have read other reviews from people who had trouble with the company and I hope everything worked out. I will DEFINITELY use GLAMBOT again.
I realize that some.of the makeup is about the same price as it would be brand new because I price shopped around just to check out prices. However, for $11.00 a pop, I couldn't beat it and as I said, it's pretty much brand new.
I wish I could add pictures of my purchase so that everyone can see the quality of the makeup.
One last note....it took about a week and a half to receive my package but because of Covid-19, I completely understand.
So, I hope that everyone has a great experience like I had.

I'm rating as a buyer. I bought a product that even on glambot is a stretch for my budget to justify. Then I learned these items were sent in from people just like me so I became worried about the product quality would it be missing some colors, would make up brushes of other people have touched the product. Those fears but now that the product finally arrived I'm pleased to report it looks to be 100% new. I didn't give 5 stars because the shipping time is very lengthy in my opinion 15+ days. It's sad to read all the seller reviews that are not positive realities because this type of program helped me gain quality I would have never been able to have before. So I hope this company can step up in communication and if they won't pay for products received at least return it.
