They sent the parcel almost 2 months ago. My order ( tracking №UC001058435US) was stop tracking 3 weeks ago in Japan. The address that I indicated for delivery (to Ukraine) is correct - this address saved on the Glambot site, so its cant be my mistake.
I sent them an email, but Glambot just ignores the messages ((
It is very disappointing that in our time there are such deceivers. I support the previous customer opinion -Glambot is a scam!

Very bad!!! I bought in 90$ 7 month ago & never got anything! The r ignoring all the messagers!

Pre-Covid they were a good site, "Doug' from Customer Care would answer emails relatively fast, now they're really bad, they NEVER reply to emails, they absolutely ignore you, they NEVER reply to DM's. They take a few weeks before they ship your order. I personally, as a customer find it insulting to send 10 emails and NOT receive even one reply. Unless they get their act together, they've lost me as a customer.

Hi I sent a box of makeup to Glambot using their label on October 2. The package was never tracked by USPS and now I don't know what happened to it. I reached out to Glambot but they don't really respond and just tell me the USPS is waiting for it. They obviously got it and stole my makeup and never made me an offer. They are a scam. I am going to sue them in small claims court over this.

Glambot never contacted me once I sent them some makeup. They were to make me an offer to purchase it but I heard nothing. They provided the shipping label yet I was told by USPS that there was postage due and they did not pay it. I have emailed them twice with no response. It's a scam.

I am rating this site from a sellers point of view. I sold several packages to glambot. The first few transactions went well. However, after that, they next couple of transactions I got several items they wouldn’t pay me for because it was from an unaccepted brand or some other excuse when I only sent approved items that I found listed on their site. The final unethical thing they did was they did not even pay me for my last package. I accepted their cash offer, and they never even sent the money to my paypal account. I emailed them about this several times and never got a response. Don’t let them Steal your makeup like they Stole mine.

Why doesn't this company reply to Any emails i send i ordered products 2 months ago cant track them and can't get any info from glambot

I want my package .. i ordered a 83$ stuff from glambot weeks ago and received nothing untill now.. the shipping site says pre-transit and its not updated for a week!! I have sent glambot a ton of emails asking for shipping information without any reply from their end i just want my order or anybody from glambot to calrify the whole thing its nit that hard to answer my emails glambot team!! .... Edit i havent recieved my order yet and its 26 of august!! I have asked for a refund and someone called doug alwats sends me the same message that due to covid 19 all orders are delayed and they are sorry for that!!! I want my order or a refund its that easy can anybody help me on that i paid by visa card???

Edit... its 4th of october now and i didn't get my order i ordered in july .. this is a scam site they don't answer emails or get you a refund they don't even have a customer service!!! please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER IN YOUR LIFE ... and i still want a refund!

I have mixed feelings about this company..The products I ordered at 80% or 100% full were great. They cut the tip of lipsticks and sanitized everything very well. A lot of the 80% stuff is brand new, especially Stila and Nars that comes in packaging with the plastic protector. Up to March I never had an issue with refunds on expired products . I was missing two palettes in Mach and that’s when I got a big problem. I had to email them everyday for 2 weeks and threatened them with a chargeback to get my refund. They turned comments off on their socials. There’s also a LOT of their products that are clearly far beyond expired , i am talking 5-6 years old lipsticks by brands like Tom Ford and evening some 8-10 years old eyeshadow..I emailed them with proof of the age found online and got refunds, back when they replied in a few days. They also gave me glam bucks to keep me buying. It’s very unethical to sell things so far past expiration date. Some of these I understand could be collector items such as certain MAC collection but a novice would purchase without knowing. When there are no sales going on you have to pay attention to prices because they tend to sell things higher then retail value or just a few dollars short of it. They also buy products on sale on brands during clearance such as KVD 5$ usd lipsticks and sell them like 9.99$ usd which is fooling customers. They send a tremendous amount of email and sms..a couple every single day!
Never ever sell your makeup to Glambot, they are ripping customers off. Offering less then a 100$ for 1000$ of high end and limited edition brand new or just swatched items. This should be qualified as thievery. It takes at least 6-7 weeks to get the products to Canada.
If you are lucky it’s a good site but you need to be tenacious if something go wrong. Never pay with PayPal bank account , always use the double protection of PayPal and credit card so if PayPal doesn’t side with you you can do a chargeback. Search everything BEFORE you buy and inspect everything once you get it , search the numbers on the products to get the production dates and email them everyday to get yourself a refund. They say they offer free returns which is complete BS. Shop only when you have a code or theres a sale and never buy something at 30-50% full because everytime I did there was less and 30$ for 20% of a tom Ford lipstick is not good. Check if something Is a mini and stay away from second chance items because they’re half broken. NEVER sell them anything !

I have ordered from Glambot 3 times.
The first two times took well over a month for products to arrive (6 weeks and 8 weeks)
The third time, the parcel didn't arrive due to a mistake it was returned to sender (glambot) whom I emailed asked to have the parcel re-shipped (I was willing to pay the extra shipping) or have the money refunded and I could re-order. They said they would be happy to do either once the parcela rrived back. Tracking shows it arrived back to them, however they have not answered a single inquiry about the refund since, nor resent the parcel, and since its been several months I am sure they don't intend to, and will happily keep my products and my money, so I am out $104.40 and will not be ordering from them ever again.

Now, their products. The quality is inconsistent. I ordered an unused Naked palette, which came in perfect condition, but the '80%' full foundation I ordered was well over half-empty, etc...in short, their powder products seem to arrive as described, their liquid ones are often short on product, I expect because they think you won't notice?

I have found ebay, facebook, depop etc. far more reliable. I wish Glambot wasn't so untrustworthy, as I like the idea of the company.

TL;DR
I would never order again, and suggest others avoid this company. Shipping takes a VERY long time and customer service is horrible.

Do not even know how I subscribed but they hound me with SMS texts and when I try to unsub they make it such a mission to do so (I had to visit 2 webpages and then fill out a form). This has been the worst experience I would NEVER buy from them, what a disgraceful company!

products are very quality! i ordered to slovakia, everything came in order and in great condition, like new .. I recommend:)))

I would also give less the. One start if I could . I have been waiting for my less then adequate offer of $17 since March 17. I have had no response . In fact I filed a complaint against them with the better business bureau. This place is a joke. Do NOT deal with them.

I just received my first 4 items that I have ordered, I got 2 palettes (too faced sweet peach and the white peach palette) both said 80% and in good condition and I couldn’t be happier ! The white peach was pretty much brand new and the sweet peach had only 1 colour in it that look a little used. I also ordered a it cosmetics brow dip that was brand new and the Anastasia faun contour refill. I got sent the Anastasia faun eyeshadow refill instead by accident and when I brought it up to customer service they got back to me the next day with a refund for my missing item and gave me glambot bucks for the inconvenience(I did not have to send back the eyeshadow) 😍 I just put in a new order and will continue to purchase my makeup from here :) thank you glambot for the amazing customer service !

Offered me 17 dollars for 19 high end items after having my package delivered and waiting for other two months - if you reject the offer they charge 15 for a return. Company is a complete scam and has horrible ethics.

I sent them emails and they never respond. Going on two weeks now. They don't want my service? Okay then.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I sent a sell package over 2 weeks ago and the tracking says it stayed at the post office. I emailed them so many times, but never got a response. Will never do business with them again.

Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don’t think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply.
I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn’t refund me the postage for the second parcel!!!
I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn’t work.
Save yourself and avoid this site.

I Purchased about 105$ of makeup over a month ago which I still haven’t recieved to this day! The tracking information hasn’t changed since the 12th of december. They don‘t answer my e-mails and I can‘t even get my money back because they supposedly shipped the package but it just went lost. Please don‘t purchase on their site THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!
