Glambot Buy Bewertungen 

I have mixed feelings about Glambot; on the one hand it is a good platform to order discounted make up to try out and discover which products work for you and which don't - so you can reorder the ones that did from the official vendors, and not feel really bad about spending tons of money on the ones that didn't.

With that said, they have 0 customer support, and if you get a wrong item or some of the items from your listing didn't arrive...well, there's not much to do about it.

Also, I can't say I saved any money since discovering Glambot - I always end up buying too much of their website and spendings alot on refubrished, maybe outdated or soon to be expired products ( just my assumption, since make up shelf life is 12 M).

Now I'm wondering if this make up even fulfils the purpose of trying out different make up to reordered from the official vendors; I mean, will the performance and quality stay the same after the sterilization and time?

This is a SCAM! There is no replies to email, social media queries or direct messaging on the site. They say that there are discount codes, however, it does not apply to your order. Then there offers that say there is free shipping on orders over a certain amount - this does not exist. You will be billed for shipping anyway.

There is no response to emails or queries. I have emailed and direct messaged them since the 15th of October.

Makeup come descritto sul sito. Unica pecca: ci vuole tanto tempo per ricevere la merce, sperando che la dogana non la blocchi e richieda il pagamento delle duty-fees. Spero che in futuro aprino una base in UE.

Ordered something from them and the listing was misleading so I emailed them. I got no response. It’s been months. Customer service is not a thing for glambot

I'm not much into make ups but my friends keep gifting me Colourpops. The ones that I think doesn't suit me, I make sure to get them sent to Glambot. This is a sure-fire way to make something out of the things you don't need. Thanks, Glambot!

Been having some rough time since a loss and trying to recover from expenses. Glambot has helped me with selling what I treasure but don't really need as of the moment. We're now recovering and will continue with Glambot.

I HAVE SENT 20 GOOD ITEMS FOR SELL THRU THEM AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME $ 15.00 FROM THE 20 ITEMS, THEY ONLY APPLIED THE OFFER WITH ONLY 13 ITEMS AND THE OTHER 7 ITEMS THEY KEEP THEM AND DID NOT EVEN CONSIDERED.

I placed my first order last month on Black Friday and I was really impressed by the deals they were offering. They had sitewide 30% off and an additional clearance section of items for up to 80% off. They had Urban Decay, MAC, Too FCed and even some Kat Von D items (a more limited selection). I’ve never beeen able to get these brands for that cheap. Absolutely amazing. I just got my items earlier this week and they are almost like brand new. Super impressed!

Do not order.
Selling fake and overpriced products.
If you're selling- they will pay you so little money.

Just don't contact them, if you really need an answer ... still waiting after 2 weeks.

I placed 4 separates orders : 3 to the same address (to avoid customs taxes) and one in another address (my sister's birthday gift)
They were all shipped together ...

If I need to pay customs, you will hear about it..

I got 7-8 years old makeup products (different brands) even though they say they only accept "Non-Expired (must be sent in within at least 3 months from printed expiration date If applicable". And fake things like sigma brushes, palettes. And since i'm an international buyer i can complain but there are no returns... Such lies. Also they are expensive as f considering that they are a second hand makeup shop. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!!

I bought a lipstick off this site and they never shipped it to me. I emailed customer support and they lied to me that it had already been shipped, but it didn't update to let me know. They told me the product would come within the week. After waiting about 3 weeks more I emailed customer support again and they said that the item was actually sold out so they refunded the money and promised me a $5 credit to my account for the hassle (I never received the credit, no surprise there). After customer support canceled my order and refunded my money, the lipstick I previously ordered went back up in stock on the site for double the price that I originally purchased it for. Unfortunately, someone actually bought it for that much.

I was initially skeptical of "used" makeup but I ordered a few small items to test the service and I was pleasantly surprised. The items were all practically new, very well cleaned up with great packaging. I felt very comfortable using the products and I haven't had any problems. The selection and price of rare MAC products can't be beat. I will be ordering again! Thank you, Glambot!
