Completely trash experience with the wifi. The latency spikes every other day completely impossible to stream or play anything. Dont live anywhere providing this trash internet service

Whenever I need anything sorting the phone line is answered straight away, no long hold times etc. The advisor I spoke to today Naz was really friendly and resolved my payment issue in under 5 minutes of being on the phone.

Used to be okay, but over the past half year the connection has become unreliable. It cuts me off with no warning, sometimes precisely at midnight around renewal time (I pay by direct debit). These are some of the dates of incident tickets I've had to raise with them (none of these issues were my fault):
10th May
16th Apr
11th Mar
27th Feb
24th Feb
It took over one hour for them to fix the issue last night - an issue which they acknowledged was affecting other people too, yet their service status was frustratingly claiming "No reported issues".

Glide offers a very anti-consumer service, allowing no control router settings for a home internet connection. If you care about things like using ad blockers or content safety tools on your WiFi, Glide will not be helpful.
If you are even a mildly advanced user, know that Glide will not allow control over basic config like DNS for the WiFi.

I got a 10Gbps link with Glide and in the first month they forced me to face a maintenance of 4 hours during the night, but it actually took 12 hours for them to recover the services, it took more than 10 emails for them to start doing something about it.
Then, last week, their link went down, which caused huge distress and loss of money. I opened a complaint and they took another week to reply saying that they didn't have my details to inform about another planned maintenance they had to do. But wait, how did they inform me about the first maintenance window then?
It looks like this affected many other customers, which means there's no way they are saying the truth here! I want full compensation for this!

Had problems with my WiFi contacted Glide Support and spoke to Naz he understood the problem and looked to resolve the issue promised to get back to me and did so with a resolution to my problem excellent service from Naz

I just got off the support line with Naz, and he's been an absolute lifesaver! I was struggling to connect to the wifi in my new building for two days and he took the time to take me through setting up all my devices! He is super knowledgeable about each device type (Phone, Laptops, Apple, Windows) - a true IT Wiz! Not only is he a tremendous help but also very friendly and supportive! If you call, having Naz answer is the BEST you could wish for! Thanks a million, Naz!!!
