Completely trash experience with the wifi. The latency spikes every other day completely impossible to stream or play anything. Dont live anywhere providing this trash internet service

Internet is fine, but I keep getting emails about failed payments and then my service is disconnected - despite no payment attempt being made.
They have admitted it is on their side, yet no redmidial action has been taken. When the service is disconnected I am forced to call as I cannot authenticate my payment due to their own firewall on the router.
Extremely inconvenient and clear that they don't really care - they have a monopoly in my building

Naz was super helpful, although Glide has had issues with their auth system/payments for a while and is still yet to be fixed. Naz did resolve the issue super quickly and did confirm the issue is being tracked and noted internally, so hope it all gets sorted out there. Friendly and helpful customer support overall.

Li Aden is the man — personable, solution-oriented, and empathetic.
I don't know much about Glide, but what I can say is that Li Aden is an asset to them - I hope they realise that. Despite him being responsible for the network of 000's of apartments in Quintain Living, ahead of his visit he had studied our specific case, coming to the job prepared along with a replacement (on the off chance that that was the issue - it was) box to try to solve the issue. The issue was resolved, the internet is working for the first time in 2 months and Aden Li left me with a positive feeling.

I’ve been using Glide Residential for broadband, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. While the service is generally fast when it works, the frequent outages — like the one that’s lasted all day today — seriously disrupt daily life. What’s worse is the lack of timely or detailed communication when these problems occur.
The support team says they’re “working on it,” but with no ETA or meaningful updates, it feels like we’re left in the dark. For a broadband provider targeting students and shared housing, reliability and transparency should be priorities.
Hoping to see real improvements soon, or I’ll have to start looking for alternatives.
