Completely trash experience with the wifi. The latency spikes every other day completely impossible to stream or play anything. Dont live anywhere providing this trash internet service

Shockingly Bad

Our internet stopped working on the 1st December, my partner and I determined that the Router was not the issue rather the Fibre Cable coming into our Flat.

My partner had to call Glide, because their online "support-chat" feature and their ticketing system is honestly shockingly bad. No one responds, and you can only reach someone by talking to them over the phone.

Yesterday (04/12/2025), my partner called their support number. Speaking to someone called Naz, who told my partner someone would call back to confirm a time and date when an Engineer would come out to fix our internet issues.

No one called, no one email, nothing. Shockingly Bad. This morning, I tried to unsuccessful reach out to someone through their webchat, but after 20 minutes and being Number "1" in the Queue, no one responded to my messages.

Absolutely shocking and complete waste of time. The lack of internet is impacting our employment as my partner works remotely from time to time, and now we're having to use our Mobile's Hotspot to do everyday work.

I even sent a support ticket this morning (05/12/2025) - No one responded just "Resolved" under the Ticket Status. How is it resolved?!

Horrendous. Fix your "support" to your customers. No point having options like support tickets or webchats, if no one bothers to respond or reply!

My experience was more than great!

My experience was more than great! The technician I spoke to was called (Billy) (INC0648738) and I explained I had ADHD and the support and effort he gave me was outstanding. He solved the problem for me within minutes and was very helpful with how he spoke to me a guided me through it all. A legend. Thanks Billy appreciate it.

Issue resolved straight away

I use Glide for couple years and I never experienced any issues.
First time I had an issue with my payment, it was bank issue, and I’ve sent an email to Glide.
After short time I’ve received phone call from Glide. Naz was very kind, understanding and helpful, he helped me to resolve my issue.

Naz was Great

Naz was polite, clear, efficient and thorough. We had an issue that had kept us offline for several days and prevented us WFH. Naz checked several possibilities and made we sure we had short-term solution and info for long-term.

The Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

I have recently moved in to Platform Edinburgh and my apartment was supposed to be fitted with a WiFi router by Glide prior to moving in. We found that there was no router upon moving in and raised this with building management and Glide. We are now 10 days on and Glide have refused to contact us about arranging for an installation despite repeatedly telling Platform that "we will contact the tenant immediately". We have contacted Glide ourselves daily and are repeatedly told "we are unable to contact the service manager". It's really poor customer service and I feel powerless to bring this to a resolution. If anyone from Glide can do something to help, my incident number is: INC0640928

The worst service I’ve ever experienced – avoid Glide at all costs

I’ve called Glide literally hundreds of times, and every single time they keep me on hold forever without solving anything. Their technical support has no idea what they’re doing — they can’t even figure out what’s wrong with a simple router.

It’s been over a month with no internet in my building, and all they did was make excuses. I asked for an engineer many times, and they kept me waiting for 2–3 weeks just to confirm one visit. Even now, after all the emails and phone calls I’ve sent, nothing is fixed.

The whole team is completely useless. No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and no one cares. I’ve never seen such poor communication, slow response, and unprofessional service in my life.

Glide is honestly one of the worst companies ever — they waste your time, your money, and your patience. If you value your sanity, stay away from them.

Great Support Team

We were helping our son move in for university and ran into problems creating a Glide account and connecting his devices. Thankfully, we got through to a very polite and knowledgeable representative named Jovan, who provided outstanding customer service.

He patiently guided us through the whole process, helped us create the account, and made sure everything was set up correctly. He explained each step clearly and even took the time to ensure we understood how to manage the account going forward.
He was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help — a real credit to the team.

Thank you for making what started as a stressful experience so much easier!

There support system is an embarrassment for a 1st…

This is an embarrassment for a 1st world country. There concept is simple. They never acknowledge that you have a problem. They will annoyingly ask you screenshot, photos and many things every week for months after months untill you give up. Then they will simple say the problem is resolved and they will close the case. I hope the whole company should collapse soon or the Gov.UK should thake some steps against them for harassing people and wasting time.

coverage is horrible

coverage is horrible, internet speed is no where near as advertised. i'm getting speeds of 10mbps and sometimes i can't even connect to the internet. i'm paying 85 per month for this garbage. don't ever get glide!!!!
