Completely trash experience with the wifi. The latency spikes every other day completely impossible to stream or play anything. Dont live anywhere providing this trash internet service

Glide has always been reliable for me. I think there was only one or two periods last year where the wifi was down for a couple hours. Otherwise reliable and fast wifi. I had an issue with the location i was accessing the wifi from and a wonderful person from the live chat team called Molly helped to fix my issue incredibly fast!

Was trying to connect my google mini speaker to the glide WiFi but was unable to do so on my own. Naz was very patient and was helpful in explaining what to do, we tried multiple different ways and in the end it connected. Thank you so much for your help- brilliant customer service

35£ a month for an internet service with monthly interuptions. Worst part is they monopolise areas and building blocks in the city with contracts so you can't switch providers, this is the definition of an evil buissness.

Naz is absolutely a GEM and a Diamond in Glide company. His kindness welcoming and patience helped me to resolve the issues with my personal laptop and mobile phone and work laptop. Naz has been very patient and supportive throughout my struggle with internet and new upgrade version of Windows 11. I just want to say he is a really great asset to this company and more new recruits should be lead by his experience and example of how professionalism be like. Keep up the great work Naz.

I'm sad to say GetLiving have chosen glide for their E&C properties. The 'Free' package offered is unreliable and slower than 5G in some cases. All of the packages have no Ethernet for a week now and the 'expected fix' date keeps moving - we were promised a disruptions of day, which turned in to 3 , and now a week 'hopefully'. Customer support are trying but hour long conversations don't lead to a resolution but rather another holding date.

I've just moved to a new place and my UP and DOWN load speed have changed dramatically. So I called up Glide and asked for some assistance. Honestly, Billy was patient and professional and guided me through troubleshooting. In the end, a reset was carried out from their end but my issue still remains. I was instructed to follow the prompts of resetting it from my end and to call back if it doesn't work since they might need to send someone over. Like I said, I moved places and this building might just be a little different to the last one(I don't know how these things work). I'm still giving Gldie 5 Stars because the customer service was up to the best standards. However I am really looking forward to resolving this issue,
